Desert Wind is situated in The Klein Karoo between majestic mountains, treeless plains and spectacular landscapes. We can't wait to meet you!

Offering our visitors an nostalgic outdoor Karoo breakaway combined with our amazing newly renovated self catering accommodation units. We offer not only the priceless experience of endless nature and the most amazing starscapes, but also 𝒍𝒖𝒙𝒖𝒓𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒔 with a generous touch of Klein Karoo finesse. You can enjoy 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒅𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔, 𝒉𝒊𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒃𝒊𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒖𝒏 on Desert Wind Farm. The area features quaint w**e producing and fruit growing towns, towering cliffs, clear, crisp rivers and zig-zagging passes. All our units have 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒅 𝒌𝒊𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒔 and we do not offer any meals. To add some fun, you can also book a portable 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒃𝒐 𝑰𝑰𝑰 𝑾𝒐𝒐𝒅-𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑯𝒐𝒕 𝑻𝒖𝒃 at an additional cost plus we also provide firewood at an additional fee. The farm is self-sustainable and runs on solar power and gas energy. Visiting us will be a magical kind of experience.
