The UPND late youth of Munali Constituency Mr Chama Mwango who was shot at by unknown People in Mutendere has been put to rest.

UPND Lusaka province youth Chairperson Mr Anderson Banda who led the UPND youth Officials said the death of Chama remains suspicious and disheartening.

He stated that UPND even before forming Government preached of stopping gun culture which was initiated by the previous regime and has questioned the inspector General of police to take keen interest in the death of the late Chama.

Mr Banda said Chama was a hardworking person who never use quarrel with anyone but to due in such circumstances demands more answers.

Mr Banda thanked the UPND youths in Lusaka who have demonstrated love before, during and after the burial of the late Chama.

Mr Banda was accompanied by his Lusaka province youth vice Chairperson Mr Godfrey Chitanga, Lusaka District youth chairperson Mr Archritious Mwanakayaya, UPND Lusaka District vice youth chairperson Mr Anthony Zimba, Constituency youth Chairpersons and other party officials.

*SEVEN MOURNERS SUSTAIN INJURIES IN A ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT ALONG THE MAZABUKA ROAD*

CHIKANKATA - 13/02/22

Seven people including a driver of a Rosa bus have sustained serious injuries after the bus they were in experienced failed brakes and rammed into a stationery truck along the Mazabuka road enroute to Chikankata for burial.

The seven include the family of late UPND Lusaka Provincial youth trustee Neto Luba whose body was being transfered to Chikankata for burial.

According to eye witnesses,the accident happened when the driver of the Rosa bus which was carrying mourners only identified as John tried to overtake another vehicle near Mubuyu farms but in the process lost brakes and hit into a stationery heavy goods truck resulting into the fatalities.

The six sustained minor injuries while the driver who by Press time had been rushed to Mazabuka General Hospital is suspected to have broken limbs.

The late Neto Luba died on the spot in an accident in Chisamba last week and is expected to be buried today at his village in Chikankata with several UPND members having traveled to pay their last respects.

To those in Kanyama constituency, take note that transport will be provided at the funeral House tomorrow before *07:00hrs.*

Take note that enough transport to and from chikankata is available for those who wants to witness the burial of a gallant soldier *Neto Luba.*

RTSA APPROVES AJUSTMENT IN BUS FARES

THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has approved the request by bus operators to increase bus fares pursuant to Section 108 (11) of the Road Traffic Act No. 11 of 2002.
