This truly shows how much love and care you have for me, and I do not take it lightly.

Allow me to mention that I remain committed to my community work, for it is part of who I am — with or without political seasons.

Anything concerning Luanshya remains my concern, and we will continue doing everything possible to uplift the standards of living for our people.

As we head towards the campaign period, let us remain safe, united, and remember that life will still continue after this season.

I have not been adopted on the UPND ticket, and I will not be contesting in this year’s election.

Allow me to take this opportunity to thank the UPND leadership for allowing me to aspire on the mighty party ticket.

To our supporters and everyone who has stood with us from the beginning, thank you so much for the trust, love, and support. Please remain calm — this is not the end for us. We have just started, and greater things are still ahead.

1. Accessibility to the People of Luanshya

Leadership is not about hiding behind gates after elections. My office and my leadership will remain open and accessible to the people of Luanshya because leadership is service. I will introduce regular community meetings in all wards, create direct communication platforms for residents, and maintain consistent interaction with marketeers, youths, churches, women groups, and community leaders.

The people who put us into office deserve to be heard, respected, and updated at all times — not only during campaigns.

2. Job Creation and Attracting Investment

Our focus must move from dependency to empowerment. My plan is to attract investment into Luanshya by promoting local business opportunities, supporting small and medium enterprises, and creating partnerships with both local and international investors.

We shall push for:
• Skills-based industries and manufacturing
• Support for mining-related businesses
• Youth entrepreneurship programs
• Market empowerment initiatives
• Improved trading spaces and infrastructure

Real development comes when citizens have sustainable income opportunities, not temporary handouts.

3. Youth Skills, Sports, and Digital Opportunities

The future belongs to young people, and we must prepare them for it. I plan to establish and support youth skills centers where young people can learn practical skills such as technology, entrepreneurship, construction, agriculture, and creative arts.

On sports, we shall invest in community sports activities and talent development because sports can create careers and keep youths away from crime and drug abuse.

Digitally, we want Luanshya youths to access online opportunities through ICT hubs, digital training programs, and partnerships that connect them to remote jobs and innovation opportunities.

4. Involving Women and Young People in Decision Making

Women and youths must never be used only during campaigns and forgotten afterwards. My leadership will promote genuine participation by ensuring women and young people are included in development committees, community consultations, and leadership structures.

We need fresh ideas, energy, and inclusive leadership. Development becomes stronger when everyone has a voice at the table.

Together we can bring this into Reality
