Why and what is so difficult to maintain lusaka city clean?who is to blame,lusaka city council,government or us citizens?

Lusaka city council,ministry of local government when are you going to make a miracle to change things and make lusaka city beautiful and clean? When are you people going to develop a spirit that would like to make things right?make these elephant roundabouts along kabwe road beautiful please.

Due to bad roads in our area fumbelo kabanana compound I have mobilised 10 people and have volunteered and taken it upon ourselves to work on the road.we just ask for any one kindful,with love and a heart of mercy to support this community work.

In the Constitution of Zambia as amended by act no:18 of 1996,part is,article 113,lists nine duties of citizens which are explained as follows:it shall be the duty of every citizen to,1.be patriotic and Royal to Zambia and promote it's well being.2.contribute to the well-being of the community where that citizen lives,including the observance of health controls.3.love your country and be proud of Zambia,act in it's best interests.4.help others,have a healthy lifestyle and do not take risk.5.volunteer your services for a special need group.6.write to local newspaper or call the radio station to highlight an important issue in your community.6.get to know your local councillor and ask how you can help.7.attend local local community meetings where problems are raised and solutions are offered etc.i Romans do all this 7responsibilities but people calls me names that I am not normal to volunteer,why I go to radios and newspapers? Am I not a responsible citizen doing my rights and freedoms? I do volunteer to clean up dirty in public open places,I work to make roads in my community where I live,I go to radios,newspapers to raise issues affecting the community,I write to sensetize etc.am wrong? the
