( ), you’ll hear someone say, “I don’t want students during my child delivery,” but let me tell you—just pray that you never go into labour, especially in a Level 4 hospital or above, and find there are no students around. 😂
They play such a big role in that room!
First, you’ll be lucky enough to get one assigned to you for assessment, and before you know it, you’ll be treated like a VIP—they will even dust and wipe clean slippers, your back will be rubbed, and you’ll be called “Mum.” 😂❤️
As for the finger examinations… you’ll receive plenty of those, but surprisingly, you’ll actually come to appreciate them! 😂😂
And by the way, the lecturers really put those students through their paces! 😂
So, share your experience with students during labour… Did they assess you too? 😅
There was one who was asked to get a bin liner, and she said, “Today I didn’t wear one!” 😅😅😅😅😅😅

Not all medical personnel moving around are feeling well. 🩺
Some are smiling while silently fighting their own battles. Some are caring for others while carrying heavy burdens themselves. Remember, even the strongest healthcare workers need care, rest, encouragement, and someone to ask, " ?"
To every nurses(healthworkers)your struggles do not make you weak. You are human before you are a professional.
Keep going, but don’t be afraid to pause. Keep caring for others, but remember to care for yourself too. You matter. Your life matters. Your wellbeing matters.
Behind every uniform is a human being who also needs support.
To all medical personnel: you are doing your best in difficult circumstances. Keep holding on better days are ahead. Never forget that you are appreciated, valued, and needed. 🙏🏽
