My Reflections on My Career Journey

As I take a moment to reflect on my career journey, I'm reminded of the importance of education and experience. My academic achievements, including a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, have provided a solid foundation for my professional growth.

But it's my experience in various HR roles that has truly shaped me into the professional I am today. From managing large teams to developing HR strategies and ensuring compliance with labor laws, I've had the opportunity to develop a diverse set of skills that have allowed me to adapt to new challenges.

As I look back on my journey, I'm proud of the progress I've made. I've had the chance to work in various industries, from HR to management, and have learned so much along the way.

Candidate should be highly motivated and passionate about making a mark in the education sector in respect to the field applied for.
Qualifications
To be considered for these positions one must have the following qualifications;
• A Bachelor’s Degree ( for those applying to teach diploma and certificate programs)
• A Master’s Degree ( for those applying to teach undergraduate programs)
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching/Lecturing Methodology.
• Five (5) years industrial experience in these fields of study will be added advantage.
• At least five (4) years’ experience of lecturing at tertiary level.
Summary of Job Responsibilities
• Provide lectures for the above mentioned courses.
• Develop and improve course outlines and teaching materials for the assigned courses.
• Carry out research and publish materials.
• Supervising both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students’ research work.
• Prepare lesson plans at the start of each semester for the assigned courses.
Key Qualities and skills:
• Self-motivated and resourceful with strong intellectual ability.
• Ability to research and create new knowledge.
• Should be a goal-getter and a team player.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be articulate and have strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of planning and organizing skills.
• Must be familiar with Moodle e-learning platform or other e-learning platforms.
• Passionate about teaching and research.
