Success Begins At Cavendish University!

Mr. President, this is not just a law — it is a necessity for many.
I remember back in 2019 when I was in Grade 11 at Combined Secondary School, a school that had both day scholars and boarders. It was a great school, but at some point things became extremely strict, especially concerning school fees. Many learners started missing classes, and some eventually stopped coming altogether.
One story that has stayed with me is that of a good friend of mine. For security reasons, I won’t mention his name.
This young man was exceptionally intelligent. If there are people born with naturally high IQs, he was one of them. He performed well in almost every subject, and despite many challenges, he remained resilient and determined to succeed.
But there was one challenge he could not overcome alone — school fees.
It became a routine for the school to move from class to class checking payment records and sending home those who had not paid. Sadly, my friend was often among them. The painful part was his commitment to education; after being chased home, you would still see him back in class the following day, hoping for another chance to learn. But the cycle continued until one day he simply gave up.
Not because he was lazy.
Not because he was dull.
Not because of peer pressure, drugs, or bad behavior.
Life simply happened.
His sponsors had stopped supporting him, and his guardians were too old to do piecework or raise enough money for both basic needs and school fees. I still remember clearly — school fees were around K555 for day scholars and K800 for boarders.
That experience taught me something important: free education is not merely a policy or political promise. It is a lifeline.
For many families, it removes the heavy burden of choosing between food and education. It gives hope to learners who are willing to work hard but lack financial support. It helps guardians focus on providing basic needs without denying a child the right to education simply because of poverty.
Education has always been a human right. Seeing it transformed into free education Muyayaya is something truly beautiful.
I'm grateful on behalf of many families Hakainde Hichilema for declaring free free Education to be permanent.

It’s honestly disappointing to see a reliable team member take pride in being “the most relied on,” as though that alone defines their value.
That’s not how teams work.
In every organization—businesses, institutions, even government—there are structures, departments, and systems designed to function through shared responsibility, balance, and collaboration. No one operates in isolation.
Being part of a team means understanding that everyone has a role to play. Different tasks, same goal.
Think of a music band: each person plays a different instrument, yet the harmony depends on everyone showing up and giving their best. The moment one person stops or withholds effort, the entire performance is affected. But when everyone commits fully, the result is powerful.
Relying on each other is not weakness—it’s the foundation of teamwork.
Yes, you may be an expert in your area. But so is everyone else in theirs. Respect that. Support that. Don’t make others feel like they’re begging for your contribution when you’re simply expected to do your part.
What teams need is sacrifice, commitment, and the willingness to give your all. When each member performs their duty to the climax, the collective success becomes unstoppable.
At the end of the day, you’re not an external contractor waiting for incentives, but rather part of the team.
Act like it.

📌 REALITY CHECK
for US
Last night at Ciala Resort, I saw something most people will miss.
Rich men like Rick Ross and Davido.
Already made. Already wealthy. Already known.
But guess what?
They were on stage for over an hour.
Sweating. Performing. Delivering value.
Not for free.
For money.
Now ask yourself.
If people who already have it all are still working that hard. What about you who is starting from zero?
No inheritance.
No backup.
No system.
But you want to relax?
You want comfort?
You want miracles?
😂 My brother, my sister.
Who is coming to save you?
Even Davido a rich kid chose to work for his own money.
So you where will your “easy life” come from?
📌 Truth is simple:
God does not bless emptiness.
He blesses what you are working on.
No effort = Nothing to multiply.
So stop waiting.
Stop praying for a life you are not building.
Start something.
Learn something.
Move. Network. Grow.
Because that soft life you are dreaming of It is built not prayed into existence.

A Platform Worth Trying
When the Imisepela app was launched, I quickly shared it with my fellow student groups so that more people could benefit. Yes, I’ve seen the complaints — jobs asking for years of experience, loans and funds not yet disbursed. These frustrations are real.
But I choose to see the bigger picture. The President promised internships in ministerial offices, even State House. Once implemented, this will help us gain the experience we need. And while loans may take time, I believe the system is still being refined.
What excites me most is the learning opportunities — free skills and trainings now accessible in one place. This is progress. This is hope.
For jobs, as Dr. Daniel Ngombo Kabani said: apply if you feel qualified, regardless of experience. And Suwilanji Siame Page reminded us on his post: it costs nothing to apply.
📌Sometimes, it’s about giving it a shot. You never know which opportunity will change your life.
Let’s not just complain — let’s engage, apply, learn, and grow. Imisepela may not be perfect, but it is a step forward for us all.

NAME CLARIFICATION STATEMENT
I, formerly known as Mundanya, now officially use the surname Mudanya for all academic, professional, and official purposes. This adjustment was made to ensure consistency with my National Identity Card and educational records, following an administrative recording variation during the issuance of my examination results by ECZ.
Both names refer to the same individual, and any discrepancy between Mundanya and Mudanya should be understood as a variation in spelling rather than identity. I remain committed to maintaining uniformity across all official documentation moving forward.

The Underrated Power of Consultation
Many people shy away from consultation, fearing it makes them look inferior, inexperienced, or uneducated. Yet, the truth is simple: no one knows it all. Even the great philosopher Socrates admitted, “The only thing I know is that I know nothing.”
At its core, consultation means seeking guidance before venturing into something new—whether it’s starting a business, buying a product or service, pursuing partnerships, or enrolling in higher learning. Consulting those who have walked the path before you doesn’t weaken you; it strengthens you. It prepares you, builds confidence and fuels faith that your vision can succeed.
But never rely on a single source. Seek at least three perspectives. This is what quality management calls fact-based decision-making. By gathering multiple insights, you reduce blind spots and make choices rooted in evidence, not assumptions.
Yes, risk-taking is part of growth. But risks with mitigation strategies stand a far greater chance of success. And in today’s world, where scammers and misinformation abound, fact-based decisions are not just wise—they’re essential.
Always remember: every choice carries an opportunity cost. Consultation helps you weigh those costs and choose the path that truly aligns with your goals.
Consultation is not weakness—it is wisdom.
