"Am I There Yet?" is a youth-focused empowerment and mentorship initiative by Law Bridge Zambia that seeks to address some of the silent challenges affecting young people today. The initiative is built around a simple but powerful question: Am I really progressing towards the future I desire, or have I become distracted by things that are delaying my growth?

Many young people possess talent, intelligence, ambition, and potential, yet still struggle to reach their goals because of wrong focus, emotional burdens, negative influences, unhealthy relationships, peer pressure, lack of guidance, low self-esteem, and other social challenges. "Am I There Yet?" creates a platform where these issues can be discussed openly and honestly without judgment.

The initiative aims to help young people identify the barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their full potential, while equipping them with practical tools, knowledge, and mentorship to make better decisions about their education, careers, relationships, personal development, leadership, and overall future.

Through conversations with professionals, mentors, leaders, and individuals who have overcome significant obstacles in their own lives, participants are encouraged to reflect on their current path, evaluate their choices, and develop a clearer sense of purpose and direction. The initiative emphasizes personal responsibility, discipline, resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of making intentional decisions that contribute to long-term success.

Beyond motivation, "Am I There Yet?" seeks to inspire action. It challenges young people to move beyond merely dreaming about success and begin taking deliberate steps toward becoming the best version of themselves. The initiative encourages participants to ask difficult questions, confront limiting beliefs, break unhealthy cycles, and build habits that support meaningful growth.

At its core, "Am I There Yet?" is a conversation about progress. It is an opportunity for young people to honestly assess where they are, where they want to be, and what may be standing in the way. Most importantly, it reminds them that while the journey to success looks different for everyone, growth becomes possible when one is willing to learn, reflect, and take purposeful steps forward.
