Munzi Wa Njimo fish farm is a Barotse locally-Owned Fish farm located and found in Sefula 15 kilometers from Mongu central business center and it is located on a 500 meters square land. The fish farm is owned and managed by Munzi Wa Njimo Youth Multi-purpose Cooperati
ve Limited Society, a youth run cooperative which has a vision of doing business and promoting econimic activities in Sefula with a view of becoming the biggest cooperative and supplier of fish in Mongu district and Barotseland as a whole. The cooperative has already 24 fish ponds which are 30x20 meters big and it's primary focus is to produce quality and healthy fish to sale in Mongu and beyond the borders of the district. Currently the major activity of the cooperative is producing fish and the group intends to diversify in to other agricultural activities like growing of vegetables, raring of animals, Chicken poultry e.t.c .
