نظمت هيئة سوق المال ورشة عمل تفاعلية على مدار يومين للتعريف بالتعديلات الجديدة على الباب الرابع "كفاية رأس المال" ضمن كتيب القواعد الخاص بالأنشطة المالية، وذلك في إطار جهود الهيئة لتعزيز الإطار الرقابي ودعم الانتقال التدريجي من بازل 2 إلى بازل 3.

وشهدت الورشة مشاركة أكثر من 300 ممثل من الشركات المرخصة ذات العلاقة، حيث استعرضت الهيئة أبرز التعديلات التنظيمية ومتطلبات التطبيق وآثارها العملية على الجهات الخاضعة للرقابة. كما شهدت الورشة نقاشات تفاعلية موسعة، تم من خلالها الرد على استفسارات المشاركين وتوضيح الجوانب الفنية والتنظيمية المرتبطة بالتعديلات، بما يسهم في تعزيز الامتثال ورفع جاهزية الجهات المرخصة لتطبيق المتطلبات الجديدة ودعم استقرار القطاع المالي.

The Capital Market Authority organized a two-day interactive workshop to introduce the recent amendments to Chapter Four “Capital Adequacy” under the Financial Activities Rulebook. The workshop forms part of the CMA’s efforts to strengthen the regulatory framework and support the gradual transition from Basel II to Basel III.

The event was attended by more than 300 representatives from relevant licensed entities. During the workshop, the CMA presented the key regulatory amendments, implementation requirements, and their practical implications for supervised entities. The sessions featured extensive interactive discussions, allowing participants to raise questions and receive detailed clarifications on technical and regulatory aspects of the amendments. This initiative supports effective compliance, enhances the readiness of licensed entities, and contributes to the resilience and stability of the financial sector.

تدعو هيئة أسواق المال المؤسسات المالية المبلغة في الدولة إلى استكمال تسجيلها لتقارير السنة المالية 2025. المؤسسات المسجلة مسبقاً للعام 2024 غير مطالبة بإعادة التسجيل، لكن يتعيّن عليها مراجعة بياناتها والتحقق من دقتها. كما يجب تسليم البيانات المالية واستكمال استبيان تقييم المخاطر قبل إغلاق البوابة بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2026.

UAE Reporting Financial Institutions are reminded to register for CY2025 FATCA/CRS reporting. Those previously registered for CY2024 are not required to re-register, but must review and verify their system information for CY2025. All institutions must submit their financial data and complete the risk-based assessment before the portal closes on 30 June 2026.

أعلنت هيئة أسواق المال عن اتخاذ إجراءات رقابية وتنفيذية بحق شركات مارست أنشطة مالية واستثمارية دون ترخيص، شملت فرض غرامات إدارية بإجمالي 5.5 مليون درهم، وإغلاق مقار، وحجب مواقع إلكترونية. وتأتي هذه الإجراءات دعماً لـنزاهة الأسواق المالية وحماية المستثمرين من المخاطر والممارسات غير المشروعة. وتدعو الهيئة الجمهور إلى التحقق من التراخيص قبل التعامل مع أي جهة مالية عبر قنواتها الرسمية.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has announced enforcement actions against multiple companies found to be engaging in unlicensed financial and investment activities. The actions include administrative fines totaling AED 5.5 million, the closure of business premises, and the blocking of associated websites.

These measures were implemented to uphold market integrity and safeguard investors against fraud and unlawful practices. The CMA strongly urges the investing public to verify the licensing status of any financial entity through its official channels before engaging in any investment activity.

أعلنت هيئة سوق المال أن عطلة عيد الأضحى في سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية وسوق دبي المالي ستكون من الثلاثاء 26 مايو 2026 حتى الجمعة 29 مايو 2026، على أن يُستأنف التداول والعمل يوم الإثنين 1 يونيو 2026. فيما ستواصل بورصة دبي للذهب والسلع وشركة دبي لمقاصة السلع أعمالهما كالمعتاد خلال فترة العطلة.


The Capital Market Authority announced that the Eid Al-Adha holiday for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and Dubai Financial Market (DFM) will be observed from Tuesday, May 26, 2026, until Friday, May 29, 2026, with trading and business operations resuming on Monday, June 1, 2026. Meanwhile, the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC) will continue operating as usual during the holiday period.
