بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمترولوجيا 2026، أكد سعادة المهندس سعيد المهيري أن المترولوجيا تمثل ركيزة أساسية لبناء الثقة في صنع السياسات، مشيراً إلى أن دقة القياسات والبيانات أصبحت عنصراً محورياً في دعم صناعة القرار وتعزيز الاستدامة والابتكار وجودة الحياة، مؤكداً أن الثقة في السياسات تبدأ من الثقة في القياس.

Marking World Metrology Day, H.E. Saeed Al Mehairi affirmed that metrology is a fundamental pillar for building trust in policymaking, noting that the accuracy of measurements and data has become a key element in supporting decision making, advancing sustainability, innovation and quality of life. He stressed that trust in policies begins with trust in measurement.

Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council, in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, has launched a pilot programme for poultry farm workers aimed at enhancing workforce competency and improving production quality in support of the sustainability of the agricultural sector.
