في يوم الكاتب الإماراتي، نستحضر إرث الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، مؤسس دولة الإمارات الذي أولى العلم والمعرفة اهتماماً كبيراً، وجعل من الثقافة أساساً لبناء الإنسان والمجتمع.
من رؤيته الملهمة انطلقت مسيرة الكتّاب الإماراتيين ليكونوا امتداداً لفكره، حاملين الكلمة مسؤولية ووعياً، وجسراً يربط الماضي بالحاضر ويصنع المستقبل.

On Emirati Writers’ Day, we honour the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Founder of the UAE, who placed great importance on knowledge and education, and established culture as a cornerstone for building individuals and society.

His inspiring vision marked the beginning of a new journey for Emirati writers, who carried forward his ideas and thoughts through responsible and conscious writing that connects the past with the present and helps shape the future.
