السيد حمد النهدي، مدير إدارة العمليات في نواتوم للخدمات اللوجستية، مجموعة موانئ أبوظبي أكد أن الأنظمة الجمركية المتقدمة التي تقدمها جمارك أبوظبي أسهمت في تسهيل إنجاز المعاملات الجمركية وتقليل زمن الانتظار في المنافذ وخفض التكاليف الإدارية وضمان استمرارية تدفق الشحنات، مما منح الشركات اللوجستية القدرة على إدارة عملياتها بكفاءة مالية وتشغيلية عالية.
Digital transformation has played a crucial role in speeding up logistics operations across Abu Dhabi.
Mr Hamad Al Nahdi, Director of Operations at Noatum Logistics, AD Ports Group highlighted that Abu Dhabi Customs’ advanced digital customs services have streamlined customs procedures, cut waiting times at border crossings, reduced administrative costs, and ensured the seamless flow of cargo. These advancements have enabled logistics firms to run their operations with greater financial and operational efficiency.

Towards a more integrated and secure system for managing and regulating hazardous materials handling, Abu Dhabi Customs and the Abu Dhabi Hazardous Materials Management Center (ADHMMC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen coordination and institutional integration. The collaboration supports public safety and security, promotes environmental sustainability, enhances regulatory efficiency, and strengthens information exchange in line with internationally recognized best practices.
