عقدت أكاديمية فاطمة بنت مبارك للرياضة النسائية، بالتعاون مع مجالس أبوظبي، ورشة توعوية بعنوان "السعادة والتوازن"، قدمتها الأستاذة عائشة النقبي، وتناولت خلالها أهمية السعادة والتوازن في تعزيز الصحة النفسية والجسدية، ودورهما في تحسين جودة الحياة واللياقة العامة.

Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with Majalis Abu Dhabi, organized an awareness workshop titled “Happiness and Balance,” presented by Ms. Aysha Al Naqbi. The workshop highlighted the importance of happiness and balance in promoting mental and physical wellbeing, as well as their role in improving quality of life and overall fitness.

استكمالاً لمسيرتها في تمكين المرأة وتعزيز حضورها الرياضي، شهدت أكاديمية فاطمة بنت مبارك للرياضة النسائية خلال شهر مايو أجندة حافلة بالأنشطة والفعاليات، ضمّت برامج رياضية وورشاً توعوية متنوعة، هدفت إلى إلهام المرأة وتشجيعها على المشاركة الفاعلة في مختلف الأنشطة الرياضية.

As part of its ongoing efforts to empower women and strengthen their presence in the sports landscape, Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy witnessed a dynamic calendar of activities throughout May, featuring a variety of sports programs and awareness workshops aimed at inspiring women and encouraging their active participation in different sporting activities.

تنظم أكاديمية فاطمة بنت مبارك للرياضة النسائية، بالتعاون مع اتحاد الإمارات للبولينج ومجلس أبوظبي الرياضي، النسخة الأولى من بطولة أكاديمية فاطمة بنت مبارك الدولية للبولينج للسيدات، خلال الفترة من 11 إلى 14 يونيو 2026، عبر مشاركة محلية ودولية من نخبة اللاعبات من مختلف المستويات، للتنافس على اللقب وجوائز مالية يبلغ مجموعها 30,000 درهم .

‏Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in cooperation with the Emirates Bowling Federation and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, is organizing the first edition of Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy International Bowling Tournament for Ladies from 11 to 14 June 2026, with a national and international participation of the elite female players of various skill levels competing for the title and a total prize fund of AED 30,000.

في خطوةٍ تجسّد التزامها المستمر
بتعزيز ثقافة الرياضة ونمط الحياة الصحي لدى المرأة، نظمت أكاديمية فاطمة بنت مبارك للرياضة النسائية بالتعاون مع “RM” جيم، ورشة توعوية بعنوان: "رياضة بيلاتس… تعالي نكتشفها معاً!"
، سلّطت من خلالها الضوء على أهمية هذه الرياضة في تحسين اللياقة البدنية ودعم الصحة العامة.

As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of sports and a healthy lifestyle among ladies, Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with “RM” Gym, organized an awareness workshop titled:
“Pilates… Let’s Explore It Together!”
The workshop highlighted the importance of Pilates in improving physical fitness and supporting overall health and well-being.
