شارك وفد من وكالة الإمارات للفضاء في الدورة الرابعة لورشة عمل اتفاقيات أرتيمس، المنعقدة في العاصمة البيروفية ليما، والتي جمعت وفوداً من 67 دولة موقعة على هذه الاتفاقيات. وجاءت هذه المشاركة تجسيداً لالتزام الدولة الراسخ بتعزيز الاستخدام السلمي والمستدام للفضاء الخارجي، ودعم منظومة التعاون الدولي في مجال حوكمة أنشطة استكشاف الفضاء.

وعلى صعيد الاجتماعات، تولّى وفد الدولة تنظيم وقيادة ورشتَي عمل في إطار محور «عدم التداخل»، مستنداً على توصيات ومخرجات ورشة العمل التي استضافتها أبوظبي في مايو 2025، مما يسهم في تطوير أطر التعاون والتنسيق بين الدول المشاركة .

A delegation from the UAE Space Agency took part in the fourth Artemis Accords Workshop held in Lima, Peru, bringing together representatives from 67 signatory countries. The UAE’s participation underscored its commitment to promoting the peaceful and sustainable use of outer space and strengthening international collaboration in the governance of space exploration activities.

As part of the workshop, the UAE delegation organized and led two tabletop exercises focused on the topic of “non-interference,” building on the recommendations and outcomes of the workshop hosted in Abu Dhabi in May 2025. These efforts contribute to enhancing frameworks for cooperation and coordination among signatories.

يهدف «برنامج التعاون الفضائي الدولي» إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجالات البحث والتطوير الفضائي من خلال بناء شراكات استراتيجية تجمع المؤسسات البحثية والأكاديمية مع القطاع الخاص بصورة فاعلة ومنهجية، بما يدعم تحويل الابتكارات إلى صناعات فضائية متكاملة ذات أثر اقتصادي مستدام، ويسهم في تسريع نقل وتوطين التقنيات المتقدمة داخل الدولة.

كما ينسجم البرنامج مع الاستراتيجية الوطنية لقطاع الفضاء 2031، من خلال دعمه لمحاورها الرئيسية المتمثلة في بناء منظومة فضائية مرنة وجاذبة للاستثمار، وتعزيز الريادة العالمية في الشراكات الفضائية وتوسيع الوصول إلى الأسواق، إلى جانب تطوير بنية تحتية ومرافق فضائية وفق أعلى المعايير التنافسية.

The “International Space Cooperation Programme” aims to strengthen global collaboration in space research and development through strategic partnerships that connect research and academic institutions with the private sector in a structured and impactful way. The program supports the transformation of innovation into integrated space industries with long-term economic value, while accelerating the transfer and localization of advanced technologies within the UAE.

The program also aligns with the National Space Strategy 2031 by supporting its key pillars, including the development of a flexible and investment-friendly space ecosystem, strengthening global leadership in space partnerships and market access, and advancing world-class space infrastructure and facilities.⁩

شارك سلطان الزيدي، مهندس أول تطوير مشاريع الفضاء في وكالة الإمارات للفضاء، وناصر الراشدي، مدير أكاديمية الفضاء الوطنية د. آني شتيلا، أخصائي أول منتجات الحلول الجيوفضائية – شركة سبيس42، في ندوة عمل عبر الإنترنت بعنوان «تمكين الجيل القادم من قدرات المعلومات والبيانات الجيومكانية عبر تعزيز الشراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص»، بمشاركة أكثر من 159 مشاركاً من 27 دولة حول العالم، حيث شهدت الجلسة نقاشات تفاعلية حول مستقبل البيانات الجيوفضائية الذكية ودور الشراكات في تعزيز الاستفادة من البيانات الفضائية وتمكين الباحثين ورواد الأعمال من الوصول الى تكنولوجيا الفضاء لخدمة القطاعات الحيوية.

وسلّطت الندوة الضوء على الإمكانات الفضائية الإماراتية المتقدمة في مجالات رصد الأرض وتحليل وإدارة البيانات الفضائية، إلى جانب استعراض برنامج بناء القدرات التابع للأكاديمية الوطنية للفضاء في تطبيقات البيانات الجيوفضائية وعلوم الفضاء بشكل عام.

Sultan Al Zeidi, Senior Space Project Development Engineer at the UAE Space Agency, Naser Al Rashedi, Manager of the National Space Academy, and Ani Shtylla, Senior Product Specialist – Geospatial Solutions at Space42, participated in a webinar titled “Empowering the NexGen of Geospatial Intelligence Through Public-Private Partnerships,” bringing together more than 159 participants from 27 countries worldwide for an interactive dialogue on the future of geospatial intelligence and the role of cross-sector collaboration for supporting academic, startup, and R&D entities to access space technologies and serving vital sectors.

The webinar highlighted the UAE’s advanced capabilities in Earth observation, space data analytics, and data management, while also showcasing key national initiatives, including the National Space Academy’s capacity-building programs in geospatial and broader space applications.

خلال مشاركتها في «قمة اقتصاد الفضاء في أوروبا 2026»، انضمت فاطمة الشامسي، مدير إدارة سياسات الفضاء والعلاقات الدولية بالإنابة في وكالة الإمارات للفضاء، إلى نخبة من الخبراء في جلسة حوارية بعنوان «من يدير الفضاء؟ الجغرافيا السياسية للبنية التحتية للأقمار الاصطناعية».

وركزت الجلسة على أهمية الوعي بالحالة الفضائية وتعزيز التعاون الدولي في ما يتعلق بالبنية التحتية المشتركة للأقمار الاصطناعية، إلى جانب مناقشة الأطر والسياسات المنظمة لهذا القطاع الحيوي والتحديات الجيوسياسية المرتبطة به.

At the “Space Economy Summit Europe 2026,” Fatima Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the Space Policies and International Relations Department at the UAE Space Agency, participated in a panel discussion titled “Who owns the network? The geopolitics of satellite infrastructure” alongside leading experts in the field.

The session underscored the significance of space situational awareness and the need to strengthen international cooperation on shared satellite infrastructure, in addition to examining the governing frameworks and key geopolitical considerations shaping the sector.
