Did you know that Aphasia is a communication disorder that can result from stroke, brain injury, or other neurological conditions.

June is Awareness Month! Did you know that around 2 million people in the U.S. have aphasia, yet 85% of Americans are unfamiliar with the term? Aphasia is a language disorder affecting communication skills, often caused by a stroke or brain injury.💡🧠

تم إطلاق هذا الشهر التوعوي من قبل “الجمعية الوطنية للأفازيا” (National Aphasia Association) في عام 1987، وهي منظمة غير ربحية تأسست لتقديم الدعم والموارد للأفراد المصابين بالأفازيا وعائلاتهم.

هل كنت تعلم أن لعبة بسيطة مثل المكعبات يمكن أن تتحول إلى أداة علاجية فعّالة لتعزيز مهارات اللغة والكلام؟ من واقع خبرتي كأخصائي نطق ولغة، رأيت كيف أن المكعبات قد تكون مفتاحًا سحريًا لتحفيز الكلام، خصوصًا لدى الأطفال المتأخرين لغويًا أو ذوي التحديات في التواصل. ليس المهم عدد المكعبات، بل كم الحوار الذي تُنتجه!
