Aroroy, Juban, Sorsogon upon notification from Juban-MDRRMO OPCEN.
>โ ๏ธBFP Juban Fire Station EMS Team A responded to a medical condition call of a 55-year-old male with complaint of generalized body weakness at Catanagan, Juban, Sorsogon. Upon arrival at the location of the incident, the patient was found awake but with body weakness and altered level of consciousness attended by relatives. Initial vital signs were taken and recorded. The patient has low oxygen saturation level at 90%, which prompted the team to immediately transfer him to the ambulance and administered oxygen support at 5 LPM via face mask, and maintained him on moderate high back rest position. Transport was then facilitated, and continuously monitored him while in transit. His oxygen saturation level improved to 99% and his level of consciousness returned to GCS - 15. He was properly turned over to the ER Staff at Sorsogon Provincial Hospital for further evaluation and management. RV4 Ambulance and crew returned to station at 1700H on the same date.
