سعدنا بزيارة وفدي جمهورية صربيا ومكتب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى مركز سعادة المتعاملين بعجمان.

‎تضمّنت الزيارة جلسة متخصصة حول تجربة المستخدم (UX)، وجولة في المركز للتعرّف على أبرز مبادرات الاتحاد للماء والكهرباء في مجال خدمة المتعاملين. وشكّلت فرصة لتبادل الرؤى والخبرات واستعراض الأساليب المتبعة لتطوير تجارب أكثر سهولة وابتكارًا، تركز على احتياجات المتعاملين.

We were pleased to welcome delegations from the Republic of Serbia and the UAE Prime Minister’s Office to our Customer Happiness Centre in Ajman.

The visit included a dedicated User Experience (UX) session and a tour of the centre to explore EtihadWE’s key customer service initiatives. It also provided an opportunity to exchange insights and experiences and explore approaches to creating simpler, more innovative experiences centred on customer needs.

تتطلب مواكبة الاحتياجات المستقبلية من الطاقة الكهربائية في شمال الإمارات تخطيطاً استباقياً، وبنية تحتية مرنة، واستثمارات طويلة الأمد في قدرات التوليد.

Meeting the Northern Emirates’ future electricity needs requires forward-looking planning, resilient infrastructure and long-term investment in generation capacity.
