في اليوم العالمي للبيئة، نشارك العالم التأكيد على أن الاستدامة مسؤولية مشتركة، تتطلب تعاوناً أوسع وتبادلاً مستمراً للمعرفة والخبرات بين الحكومات، لتطوير حلول أكثر كفاءة واستدامة، ودعم مسارات التنمية المستدامة عالمياً.

On World Environment Day, we join the global conversation in reaffirming that sustainability is a shared responsibility one that calls for stronger collaboration and continuous knowledge exchange between governments to develop more effective, sustainable solutions and advance sustainable development globally.

تحتفي جائزة أوزبكستان للجودة الحكومية بالأفراد الذين أسهموا بأفكارهم ومبادراتهم وجهودهم المتميزة في تطوير العمل الحكومي والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء والخدمات.
وتجسد الفئة الفردية أهمية الاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية، ودورها المحوري في تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتميز وتحقيق أثر مستدام يدعم تطور القطاع الحكومي.
The Uzbekistan Government Quality Award celebrates individuals whose ideas, initiatives, and efforts have advanced government work and improved performance and service quality.
The individual category highlights the role of national talent in driving innovation, excellence, and sustainable impact across the government sector.

انطلاقاً من الدور المحوري للقيادة في صناعة التحول وتحقيق الإنجازات، تحتفي جائزة أوزبكستان للجودة الحكومية بالقيادات التي قادت مسيرة التطوير المؤسسي وأسهمت في تعزيز الكفاءة وتحقيق نتائج مستدامة.
وتكرّم الفئة القيادية النماذج الملهمة التي رسخت ثقافة التميز، ومكّنت فرق العمل، وأسهمت في تحقيق أثر إيجابي ومستدام على مستوى الجهة الحكومية والمجتمع.

Based on the pivotal role of leadership in driving transformation and achieving progress, the Uzbekistan Government Quality Award celebrates leaders who have advanced institutional development, enhanced efficiency, and delivered sustainable results.

The leadership category recognizes inspiring figures who have embedded a culture of excellence, empowered teams, and created lasting positive impact across government entities and society.

تسلّط الفئات المؤسسية الفرعية في جائزة أوزبكستان للجودة الحكومية الضوء على التجارب الحكومية الرائدة والممارسات المتخصصة التي أسهمت في تطوير مجالات عمل محددة وتحقيق أثر ملموس في الأداء الحكومي.

وتعكس هذه الفئات التزام الجهات الحكومية بالابتكار والتحسين المستمر والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع.

The sub-institutional categories of the Uzbekistan Government Quality Award highlight leading government experiences and specialized practices that contributed to developing specific areas of work and creating tangible impact on government performance.

These categories reflect government entities’ commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and enhancing the quality of services delivered to society.

تكرّم جائزة أوزبكستان للجودة الحكومية الجهات الحكومية التي نجحت في ترسيخ ثقافة التميز المؤسسي وتحقيق نتائج نوعية في الأداء والكفاءة وجودة الخدمات الحكومية.

وتأتي الجائزة ضمن الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية أوزبكستان في مجال التحديث الحكومي، وبالتعاون مع برنامج الشيخ خليفة للتميز الحكومي بمكتب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء، بهدف تعزيز جاهزية المؤسسات الحكومية وتبني أفضل الممارسات العالمية وبناء حكومات أكثر كفاءة واستباقية.

The Uzbekistan Government Quality Award recognizes government entities that have embedded institutional excellence and achieved strong results in performance, efficiency, and service quality.

Held under the strategic partnership between the UAE and Uzbekistan in government modernization, and in collaboration with the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program at the Prime Minister’s Office, the award supports more ready, efficient, and proactive government institutions.

ضمن الشراكة الاستراتيجية في التحديث الحكومي بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية أوزبكستان، وبالتعاون مع برنامج الشيخ خليفة للتميز الحكومي بمكتب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء، تواصل جائزة أوزبكستان للجودة الحكومية ترسيخ ثقافة التميز، والاحتفاء بالنماذج الحكومية التي تقود التطوير وترتقي بكفاءة الأداء.
وتضم الدورة الثالثة 10 فئات رئيسية تشمل الفئة المؤسسية، وفئات القيادة، والفئات الفردية، بما يعكس شمولية الجائزة في تقدير المؤسسات والقيادات والكفاءات الحكومية، ودورها في بناء حكومة أكثر جاهزية وابتكاراً وأثراً.

Within the strategic partnership in government modernization between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in collaboration with the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program at the Prime Minister’s Office, the Uzbekistan Government Quality Award continues to reinforce a culture of excellence and recognize government models that lead development and enhance performance efficiency.
The third cycle includes 10 main categories covering the institutional category, leadership categories, and individual categories, reflecting the award’s comprehensive approach to recognizing institutions, leaders, and government talents, and its role in building a more future-ready, innovative, and impactful government.

تواصل دولة الإمارات ترسيخ حضورها كشريك معرفي في تطوير حكومات المستقبل، من خلال مشاركة تجربتها في الجودة والتميز الحكومي مع جمهورية أوزبكستان، وبالتعاون مع برنامج الشيخ خليفة للتميز الحكومي بمكتب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء، ضمن شراكة استراتيجية تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات، وبناء نماذج حكومية أكثر تنافسية وأثراً في حياة المجتمع.

The UAE continues to strengthen its presence as a knowledge partner in developing future governments, by sharing its experience in government quality and excellence with the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program at the Prime Minister’s Office, and within a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing institutional performance, improving service quality, and building more competitive government models with greater impact on society.
The Uzbekistan Government Quality Award represents a new step that reflects the impact of the UAE Government Excellence Model, and its role in supporting governments in adopting a culture of continuous development, results-driven performance, and innovation in government work.

H.E. Mohamed bin Taliah, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Government Experience Exchange, met with H.E. Geralda Desaubin, Minister for Industry and Enterprise, in the presence of H.E. Gervais Moumou, Ambassador of the Republic of Seychelles to the United Arab Emirates, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries and review the latest developments in the plan to implement the services center in Seychelles

Mohamed bin Taliah, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Government Experience Exchange met with H.E.Judha Nugraham,Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in the field of digital transformation and to explore the “One Million Coders” initiative and the prospects of launching it within the Government of Indonesia.
