“PIZZA HOT DOGS

Turning a hot dog into a pizza requires very little effort, and it looks a lot better than slicing up hotdogs and sticking them on a pizza. Don’t do that—it’s creepy.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly brush HOT-DOG BUNS with OLIVE OIL. Spread some MARINARA SAUCE inside each bun, and sprinkle some SHREDDED MOZZARELLA on top. Add PEPPERONI slices, if you like. Bake until the cheese has melted, 5 to 8 minutes. Put COOKED HOT DOGS in the buns, and serve.”

Crunchy Rice
Ingredients
2tbsofoil
2 cups of wholemeal rice
4 cups of water
1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 small tin of sweetcorn
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 oz (25g) of mushrooms, sliced
1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 oz (50g) of walnuts
1 vegetarian Oxo cube
1 tbs fresh chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, then fry the onions and garlic for between 4 and 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, green pepper and sweetcorn and fry for another couple of minutes. Next add the uncooked rice and about four cups of water. Sprinkle the Oxo cube over and stir frequently. Simmer for about 20 minutes, depending on the type of rice used. Add more water if necessary to
stop the rice from drying out.
If the rice is soft when pinched then it is cooked. Add
the walnuts a couple of minutes before removing from the heat. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the parsley.
