The Award winning Pakistan Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai was an outcome of collective work of some of the best talent in Pakistan. A short documentary that takes you into the journey of the Pavilion from design development to curation of inner journey, construction of the building including its inspiring Facade titled “Unity of all that appears”, six months of events and the Legacy that this Pavilion is leaving behind is LIVE on our official YouTube channel.

Under the theme of “Innovative and Transformative Ideas in Architecture” Pakistan Pavilion was chosen as a “Specially Venerated Pavilion” by the International Architecture Studies magazine 2A. Ten pavilion were chosen out of 192 for this achievement memorial icon.
Our 3rd Award was given for the Exterior, designed by our much celebrated visual artist Rashid Rana
This journey of six months surely has been an achievement to celebrate.

The BIE (The Bureau International des Expositions) on 30th March 2022 held an award ceremony at Expo 2020 Dubai during which The Pakistan Pavilion won a silver award under the category of large to XL self-built pavilions for interior design/exhibition design. Gold Award was given to 日本館 / Japan at Expo 2020 Dubai and Bronze to Pabellón de España en Expo Dubái 2020. We congratulate both the countries on this great success.
This is a moment to celebrate for all our visitors as well as all Pakistanis across the globe as we have created History!
