L.L.C set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Time based) quality objectives at all level of organization, based on the quality policy to channel the growth of the organization as per the vision of the top management. These objectives are reviewed every 6 months during the management review meeting to ensure its continuing suitability and forms one of the criterion for performance evaluation.
