The FUTURE lays in the hand of Generation Z (age 18-25).
Some of them have already taken the responsibility to shape the future and some are in the journey to do so.
In this critical time and journey what CONCERNS them right now?
What do they want from their CAREERS?
What ATTRACTS them to organisations?
What do they think about BUSINESS?
This webinar will explore the implications for employers, managers and anyone who works with Gen Z, using insights drawn from round tables around the world.
It will also share considerations for younger people themselves on how to navigate their careers as the workplace transforms, ahead of another event aimed specifically at Gen Z in June.
