it's so nice when toxic people stop talking to you. It's like the trash took itself out.

The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit. A little patience my dear. Keep going. Don't give up.

You're not in competition with anyone. Run your own race at your own pace. Don't look to the left or right to see how others are doing. Don't worry if others overlap you. There is a season and time for everything. Keep going. Your time will come.

want to know what to do if you are suddenly FIRE or laid off from your JOB?

Do this.....
1. Explain to immediate family, that there is no need to panic. That you have a plan.

The plan is:
2. Immediately reduce non-fixed spending by at least 30%.
3. Contact mortgage lenders and inform them. Banks don't like surprised.
4. Update CV/Resume and Linkedln profile.
5. Contact former colleagues an advise them that you are back in the employment market.
6.Reach out to recruiters.
7. Start searching for jobs online.
8. Network online and in person.

Ideally in life we always have a six month financial "cushion" put aside for unforseen circumstances..
In reality, i know how difficult that is to do.

it feels like the worst kind of rejection, but try to think of it as one of life REDIRECTIONS.

And understand that one companys' loss will will soon become anot9 companys' gain.
