في إطار استعداداتها الاستباقية لموسم عودة حجاج بيت الله الحرام، والحركة المتزايدة للمسافرين خلال عطلة عيد الأضحى المبارك، أعلنت جمارك دبي رفع مستوى جاهزيتها التشغيلية والميدانية في جميع المنافذ الجمركية والمطارات، لضمان انسيابية حركة العبور وتسريع الإجراءات الجمركية، بما يوفر تجربة سفر سلسة وآمنة ومتكاملة للحجاج والزوار والمسافرين القادمين إلى دبي وعبرها.
وتأتي هذه الاستعدادات ضمن منظومة تشغيلية متكاملة تنفذها جمارك دبي سنوياً خلال مواسم الذروة، في إطار حرصها على دعم جاهزية دبي وتعزيز مكانتها كواحدة من أكثر المدن كفاءة واستعداداً في إدارة حركة السفر العالمية، من خلال توظيف أحدث الحلول الذكية والتقنيات الرقمية المتقدمة التي تسهم في تسريع الإجراءات وتقليل أوقات الانتظار، مع المحافظة على أعلى معايير الأمن والسلامة.

As part of its proactive preparations for the return season of Hajj pilgrims and increased passenger movement during the Eid Al-Adha holiday, Dubai Customs has announced enhanced operational readiness across all customs ports and airports to ensure smooth passenger flow and faster customs procedures, delivering a seamless, safe and integrated travel experience for pilgrims, visitors and travelers arriving in and transiting through Dubai.
These preparations form part of an integrated operational framework implemented annually by Dubai Customs during peak travel seasons, reflecting its commitment to supporting Dubai’s readiness and strengthening its position as one of the world’s most efficient and prepared cities in managing global travel movement. This is achieved through the deployment of advanced smart solutions and digital technologies that accelerate procedures, reduce waiting times and maintain the highest standards of security and safety.

أكدت مؤسسة الموانئ والجمارك والمنطقة الحرة أن المبادرات والإجراءات الاستباقية التي نفذتها جمارك دبي خلال الفترة الماضية، أسهمت في تعزيز انسيابية حركة التجارة وضمان استدامة سلاسل الإمداد، بما يدعم تنافسية دبي كمركز عالمي للتجارة والخدمات اللوجستية، ويواكب توجهاتها الاقتصادية الرامية إلى ترسيخ مفهوم “الأمن الاقتصادي” ورفع جاهزية القطاعات الحيوية للتعامل بكفاءة مع المتغيرات الإقليمية والجيوسياسية المتسارعة.
وتأتي هذه الجهود انسجاماً مع التوجيهات الاقتصادية التي اعتمدها سموّ الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، بشأن اعتماد تسهيلات اقتصادية بهدف تعزيز مرونة الاقتصاد واستدامة الأعمال.



The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) said the measures and initiatives implemented by Dubai Customs as part of its comprehensive proactive strategy have strengthened the smooth flow of trade and reinforced supply chain resilience, in line with Dubai’s economic vision and its commitment to enhancing economic security and ensuring the readiness of vital sectors amid evolving regional and geopolitical developments.
These efforts align with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to introduce economic facilitation measures to strengthen resilience and business sustainability.

في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لتعزيز الأمن الاقتصادي وضمان استدامة حركة التجارة، أكدت جمارك دبي أن منصة “شاحن” تمثل منظومة رقمية متكاملة تسهم في حماية استمرارية التجارة وتعزيز انسيابية سلاسل الإمداد، عبر حلول ذكية تدعم سرعة تدفق البضائع والسلع الحيوية، وترفع جاهزية دبي للتعامل مع المتغيرات الإقليمية والعالمية.
ويأتي تطوير منصة “شاحن” ضمن استراتيجية جمارك دبي الرامية إلى بناء منظومة جمركية أكثر مرونة واستدامة، تعتمد على التقنيات الذكية والتتبع اللحظي والتخليص المسبق، بما يدعم استقرار الأسواق، ويقلل المخاطر التشغيلية على الشركات، ويعزز ثقة مجتمع الأعمال في قدرة دبي على المحافظة على تدفق التجارة دون انقطاع.
وتعتمد المنظومة على تركيب ختم إلكتروني ذكي “الرصاص الإلكتروني” في المركز الجمركي، يتيح تتبع مسار الشحنة بشكل لحظي عبر ممرات جمركية افتراضية، مع إرسال تنبيهات فورية عند حدوث أي انحراف عن المسار المحدد أو رصد أي حركة غير اعتيادية، ما يعزز أمن سلسلة الإمداد، ويرفع مستويات حماية المجتمع والاقتصاد، ويضمن انسيابية حركة البضائع بكفاءة وموثوقية عالية.



As global trade and logistics continue to evolve rapidly, Dubai Customs is advancing its innovation strategy through “Shahin”, a fully integrated smart digital system designed to strengthen economic security, safeguard trade continuity, and accelerate cargo movement. The initiative enhances supply chain resilience and reinforces Dubai’s position as a leading global trade and logistics hub.

Shahin is an end-to-end truck and cargo tracking system operating across Dubai’s customs entry points using advanced satellite-based technologies. It enables real-time monitoring of shipments from entry to final destination, ensuring high levels of visibility, transparency, and operational efficiency across the entire supply chain.

The system relies on the use of an electronic smart seal applied to trucks after customs inspection and clearance procedures. This allows authorities to track shipments through virtual customs corridors in real time, while receiving instant alerts in case of route deviations or unusual movements.

This mechanism significantly enhances supply chain security, strengthens protection of the economy and society, and ensures the smooth and reliable flow of goods.
