في اطار تنفيذ توصيات السيد وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج خلال اجتماعه مع رؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية بالخارج بتاريخ 30 أفريل 2026، وبهدف تقريب الخدمات القنصلية وتقديم مختلف التسهيلات لفائدة أفراد الجالية، تعلم القنصلية العامة للجمهورية التونسية بدبي والإمارات الشمالية بأنه سيتم تنظيم حملة لاستخراج وتجديد بطاقات التعريف الوطنية بدبي خلال الأشهر القليلة القادمة.

وفي اطار الاعداد الجيد لهذا الحدث، تدعو القنصلية العامة الراغبين في الاستفادة من هذه الخدمة أإلى تسجيل أسمائهم عبر التوجه مباشرة لمقر البعثة أو إرسال نسخة من جواز السفر. ورقم الهاتف على البريد الالكتروني [email protected] وذلك قبل تاريخ 30 جوان 2026.

In line with the recommendations of H.E. the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, during his meeting with the heads of diplomatic and consular missions abroad on April 30, 2026, and with the aim of improving consular services and providing various facilities for members of the Tunisian community, the Consulate General of the Republic of Tunisia in Dubai and the Northern Emirates announces that a campaign to issue and renew national identity cards will be organized in Dubai in the coming months.

As part of the preparations for this event, the Consulate General invites those wishing to benefit from this service to register by visiting the Mission's HQ directly or by sending a copy of their passports and telephone numbers to [email protected] before June 30, 2026.

في إطار تنفيذ برنامج الدبلوماسية الثقافية، وبهدف تعزيز التواصل مع أفراد الجالية التونسية بدائرة الاعتماد والتشبيك بينهم، نظمت القنصلية العامة للجمهورية التونسية بدبي والإمارات الشمالية، اليوم 27 ماي 2025، حفل استقبال بمقر البعثة، للاحتفال بعيد الاضحى المبارك.

وبهذه المناسبة، ألقى السيد نورالدين دالي، القنصل العام بالنيابة، كلمة رحب فيها بالضيوف وأكد من خلالها على أهمية الحفاظ على ثقافتنا التونسية والتعريف بها. موجها الشكر لكل من ساهم في انجاح اللقاء.

كما أعلن السيد نورالدين دالي، عن بعض جوانب برنامج عمل البعثة للخاص بالتروبج للسياحة التونسية، بمناسبة انتخاب مدينة تونس عاصمة للسياحة العربية لسنة 2027.

وقد تخللت الحفل حصص تذوق لأطباق تونسية متنوعة من تقديم كل من مطعم الليدو ومطعم بربروس التونسيين وشركة Tunisian Products، ومقاطع موسيقية من عزف الفنان التونسي المتميز غسان الطرودي.

As part of its cultural diplomacy program, and with the aim of strengthening communication and networking among members of the Tunisian community, the Consulate General of the Republic of Tunisia in Dubai and the Northern Emirates organized a reception at its headquarters on May 27, 2025, to celebrate Eid al-Adha.

On this occasion, Mr. Noureddine Daly, the Acting Consul General, delivered a speech welcoming the guests and emphasizing the importance of preserving and promoting Tunisian culture. He also expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.

Mr. Daly also announced some parts of the mission's work program for promoting Tunisian tourism, in the framework of the election of the city of Tunis as the Arab Tourism Capital for 2027.

The reception included tastings of a variety of Tunisian dishes prepared by Lido Restaurant, Barbaros Restaurant, and Tunisian Products, as well as musical performances by the renowned Tunisian artist Ghassan Troudi.

شارك السيد نورالدين دالي، القنصل العام بالنيابة للجمهورية التونسية بدبي والإمارات الشمالية، يوم الأحد 24 ماي 2025 في الاحتفال بيوم إفريقيا بدبي.

وبهذه المناسبة ألقى السيد نورالدين دالي كلمة عبر فيها عن شكره لمجموعة التشبيك الاماراتية الافريقية ورئيسها الدكتور ويليام ستانهاوس على المجهودات الحثيثة لتنظبم النسخة الاولى من هذا الاحتفال بدبي، الذي يذكرنا بتأسيس منظمة الوحدة الافريقية باديس أبابا في 25 ماي 1963.

وأكد السيد نورالدين دالي على أهمية الاستفادة من فرص التعاون بين القارة الافريقية ودولة الامارات العربية المتحدة خاصة في ظل التحديات والتحولات السريعة التي يشهدها العالم، مذكرا في هذا السياق بموقف الاتحاد الافريقي الداعي الى الحوار وضبط النفس بخصوص الحرب التي شهدتها المنطقة مؤخرا، وبتضامن عديد الدول الافريقية، ومن بينها تونس، مع دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة إثر الاعتداءات على أراضيها.

ومثل اللقاء، الذي حضره عدد هام من رواد الاعمال من عديد البلدان، فرصة للتعريف بالدورة 22 لمنتدى تونس للاستثمار المقرر تنظيمها بتونس يومي 25 و26 جوان 2026 والتي سيتم خلالها الإعلان عن مشاريع جديدة للاستثمار بتونس والتعريف بالحوافر التي تم إقرارها لفائدة المستثمرين.

Mr. Noureddine Daly, Acting Consul General of the Republic of Tunisia in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, participated on Sunday, May 24, 2025, in the Africa Day celebration in Dubai.

On this occasion, Mr. Daly delivered a speech in which he expressed his gratitude to the UAE-Africa Networking Group and its Chairman, Dr. William Stenhouse, for their tireless efforts in organizing the first edition of this celebration in Dubai, which commemorates the founding of the Organization of African Unity in Addis Ababa on May 25, 1963.

Mr. Daly emphasized the importance of capitalizing on the opportunities of cooperation between the African continent and the UAE, especially in light of the challenges and rapid changes the world is witnessing. He recalled, in this context, the African Union's call for dialogue and restraint regarding the recent conflict in the region, and the solidarity shown by many African countries, including Tunisia, with the United Arab Emirates following the attacks on its territory.

The meeting, which was attended by a significant number of entrepreneurs from many countries, was an opportunity to introduce the 22nd edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum, scheduled to be held in Tunisia on June 25 and 26, 2026, during which new investment projects in Tunisia will be announced and incentives for investors will be introduced.
