تواكب وسائل الإعلام خبر انضمام دائرة القضاء في الشارقة إلى الشبكة القضائية الدولية لتسوية المنازعات، في خطوة تعكس حضور الإمارة على الساحة القضائية الدولية، وتؤكد التزام الدائرة بتطوير آليات تسوية المنازعات وتعزيز تبادل الخبرات وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية.

تعلن دائرة القضاء في الشارقة انضمامها رسمياً إلى الشبكة القضائية الدولية لتسوية المنازعات (JDRN)، وذلك اعتباراً من 4 يونيو 2026، في خطوة استراتيجية تعكس التزامها المستمر بتعزيز حضورها الدولي ورفع مستوى التميز القضائي وتطوير آليات تسوية المنازعات وفق أفضل الممارسات الدولية.
ويأتي انضمام دائرة القضاء في الشارقة إلى هذه الشبكة الدولية تجسيداً لتوجيهات ورؤية صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم الشارقة، وبرعاية كريمة من سمو الشيخ سلطان بن أحمد بن سلطان القاسمي نائب حاكم الشارقة رئيس مجلس القضاء، في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تطوير المنظومة القضائية في الإمارة، وتعزيز مكانتها إقليمياً ودولياً.

The Sharjah Judicial Department has officially announced its membership in the International Judicial Dispute Resolution Network (JDRN), as part of its efforts to strengthen international cooperation and further develop dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with international best practices.
The Sharjah Judicial Department’s membership in this international network embodies the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and is made possible through the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council.

تزامناً مع يوم الشباب الخليجي، يؤكد مجلس شباب دائرة القضاء بالشارقة أن الشباب هم ركيزة التطوير، وشركاء فاعلون في دعم مسيرة التميز والابتكار، وإن الاستثمار في طاقات الشباب وأفكارهم يسهم في بناء بيئة عمل أكثر إبداعاً وتجدداً، ويدعم المبادرات التي تعزز جودة الأداء وتخدم منظومة العدالة.

On the occasion of Gulf Youth Day, the Youth Council of the Judicial Department in Sharjah affirms that young people are a driving force behind development and key partners in advancing excellence and innovation. اعتمدت دائرة القضاء تشكيل مجلس الشباب، في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى تمكين الكفاءات الشابة وتعزيز دورها في دعم مسيرة التميز المؤسسي والابتكار الحكومي، بما يسهم في تطوير بيئة عمل محفزة تعزز المشاركة الفاعلة، وترسخ ثقافة المسؤولية المؤسسية.
ويضم المجلس نخبة من الكفاءات الشابة، بهدف تعزيز مساهمة الشباب في تطوير منظومة العمل المؤسسي، واستثمار طاقاتهم وأفكارهم في دعم المبادرات التطويرية والمشاريع المستقبلية، بما يواكب توجهات الدائرة، ويعزز كفاءة الأداء وجودة الخدمات.
ويأتي اعتماد مجلس الشباب ضمن توجهات دائرة القضاء الرامية إلى الاستثمار في الطاقات الوطنية الشابة، وتعزيز دور الشباب كشريك في تطوير العمل المؤسسي وصناعة المستقبل، بما يدعم استدامة التميز، ويرتقي بمنظومة العمل القضائي.
The Judicial Department has approved the formation of its Youth Council as part of its efforts to empower young talent and strengthen its role in supporting institutional excellence and government innovation. The initiative contributes to creating a motivating work environment that encourages active participation and reinforces a culture of institutional responsibility.
The Council brings together a distinguished group of young professionals with the aim of enhancing youth participation in the development of the institutional work system and harnessing their ideas and capabilities to support development initiatives and future projects, in line with the Department’s strategic direction and its commitment to enhancing performance and service quality.
The establishment of the Youth Council reflects the Judicial Department’s commitment to investing in national youth talent and strengthening the role of young people as partners in institutional development and future-building, in a manner that supports sustainable excellence and advances the judicial work system.

نظّمت دائرة القضاء، بالتعاون مع دائرة الموارد البشرية، ورشة "تقييم الأداء" عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي، واستهدفت عدداً من موظفي الدائرة والنيابة العامة.
وتضمنت الورشة التدريب على آلية استخدام النظام الإلكتروني، وصياغة الأهداف الوظيفية التي تسهم في التركيز على الأولويات الوظيفية، بما يحقق الإنجاز بكفاءة وفاعلية.
ويأتي ذلك ضمن حرص الدائرة على نشر ثقافة نظام تقييم الأداء، وتعزيز معرفة الموظفين بمراحل تطبيق النظام، بما يسهم في تطوير مستوى أدائهم وتشجيعهم على الابتكار والتميز في العمل.

The Judicial Department, in cooperation with the Human Resources Department, workshop entitled “Performance Evaluation”, held through visual communication and attended by several employees from the Department and the Public Prosecution.
The workshop covered the use of the electronic system and the setting of job objectives that help employees focus on priorities and carry out their tasks more effectively and efficiently.
The workshop forms part of the Department’s efforts to promote awareness of the performance evaluation system and familiarise employees with its different stages, helping to enhance performance and encourage innovation and excellence at work.

عقدت دائرة القضاء الاجتماع الأول للجنة العليا للتنسيق والمتابعة التنفيذية، لمناقشة عدد من الملفات الاستراتيجية والتطويرية المرتبطة بمنظومة العمل القضائي والإداري.
وترأس الاجتماع سعادة القاضي الدكتور محمد عبيد الكعبي، رئيس دائرة القضاء، بحضور سعادة القاضي أحمد الملا، رئيس محكمة النقض، وسعادة القاضي الدكتورة سلامة الكتبي، رئيس دائرة التفتيش القضائي، وسعادة القاضي الدكتور سعيد علي بحبوح النقبي، رئيس المحاكم الاستئنافية، وسعادة القاضي الدكتور عمر الغول، رئيس المحاكم الابتدائية، والشيخ فيصل المعلا، أمين عام مجلس القضاء، إلى جانب عدد من القضاة ومديري الإدارات العامة ومديري الإدارات.
وتناول الاجتماع رؤية الاتصال الحكومي في دائرة القضاء، ومشاركة الدائرة في جوائز التميز، إلى جانب استعراض منظومة التحول الرقمي ومشاريع التطوير المؤسسي، وبحث نظام الأمانات والخطط المرتبطة برفع كفاءة الخدمات وتعزيز جودة الأداء المؤسسي.

The Judicial Department held the first meeting of the Higher Committee for Coordination and Executive Follow-up to discuss several strategic and development-related matters concerning the judicial and administrative work system.
The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Judge Dr Mohammed Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Judicial Department, and attended by His Excellency Judge Ahmed Al Mulla, President of the Court of Cassation; Her Excellency Judge Dr Salama Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Department; His Excellency Judge Dr Saeed Ali Bahbouh Al Naqbi, President of the Appellate Courts; His Excellency Judge Dr Omar Al Ghoul, President of the Courts of First Instance; and Sheikh Faisal Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, along with a number of judges, directors of general departments, and department directors.
The meeting reviewed the Judicial Department’s Government Communication vision, its participation in excellence awards, and a number of digital transformation and institutional development projects. Discussions also covered the deposits system and plans aimed at improving service efficiency and enhancing institutional performance.
