Kabul Municipality is bound fore the good living of people , in this case all the countries , government , all the natures and peoples of that city to continual support for their municipality and also to work and help together and in this subject to cause the solve key of problem for the all ground , which the cleaning prosperous and having the clean surrounding can be demonstration of this claim and also say the municipality to formation the basis of Democratic in this case have high importance and to accept one of the original for most countries of the world and the people don't ask from their municipality, what work to do, but say the municipality must be do what work , fortunately in different periods in case of need the Kabul municipality director to promotion the directorate, to collection the municipality principals and then the second units (districts) to creation for solve problem of people and to authorized the election , establish the municipality society and start the actives and the and the first election to authorized on 1949 in this manner go to go sometime election , sometime appointed with different formation , sometime one assistant and sometime five assistant of municipality and in the elections period in addition assistant of duty the secretary city.
Now municipality duty having 3 assistant , central director and directorate district in the even that is inform the big cities of the world country can able to have agent party of people and to memory different language and different names this is a need ,the experience to showing when the people to don’t shear and help for their cities and to be space between the people and municipality don’t prepare the good living conditions and in this case to find and came the hundred problem for people.Also from the director municipalities' science without present agent of the people the city is not complete. In this manner to the years ago publication to mentioned about the Kabul municipality the Kabul city have nearly 5000 years history , 98 years ago in the period of king Shah Amanullah Khan according the need to establish for the first time municipality director and then to promotion the directorate and the period of Amir Sher Ali Khan the Kabul municipality director , the streets, markets (Bazar) of the city which to bound for the collection of the product rent kings and to responsibility the products (Safahi) to sprinkle water and sweeping and this action to memory the (Musaly) but don’t have any document up to now. How authorize the cleaning of city.Also to mentioned in the above on 1919 to establish the Kabul city director municipality and to start the work of municipality on that time.
