در این ویدیو شما میتوانید شماری از مردان را که در سنین مختلف اند دید که همه مصروف پُررکاری و مُهر زنی برگه های رای اند. این اشخاص چنانکه به سمع میرسد در جریان این ویودیو از کاندیداهای مختلف نام می برند و چنان بنظر می رسد که آنها در انتظار حاصل نمودند پول در عوض تعداد رای که نشان می دهند اند.
همچنان بنظر میرسد که این ویدیو توسط دوربین صعیف عکاسی گردیده و بیشتر سخنان آنان درست درک نمیگردد. لطفاً این ویدئو را تماشا کنید و نظرات خود را با ما به اشتراک بگذارید.

This video shows a number of men of different ages stamping ballot papers and making them ready to be stuffed into the ballot boxes. The people who speak throughout the video appear to be speaking in Pashto and Dari languages. They name different candidates throughout the video and they appear to be expecting payoffs in
return to the number of votes they show.

The people in the video are trying to finish the work quickly and
therefore there is a lot of repetition of the word “quick”, which hasn’t been translated eachtime it’s said. Also, since the video seems to be shot with a weak camera, probably with a cellphone, most of the audio could not be subtitled. Please watch the video and share your views.
