Background:
Youth in economic development afghan women org (YEDAWO) is a non-governmental organization established and reregistered on 2008 with the Economic Ministry of Afghanistan recently for the purpose of launching and deployment of main aims for supporting and committing of it’s short

-term as well as its long-term objectives, for civilizing of Afghanistan’s rural communities based on its executives visions to take part for extension of its capacity and capability in Afghanistan’s reconstruction and rehabilitation process. The organization wants and would like to have close cooperation with the sister donor agencies for implementing a number of projects which involves and relates to the educational, physical, inspirational and intellectual rehabilitation and civilization of Afghanistan. As it’s observable and perceptible that the womenfolk (widows also) are living in the crisis situations in most parts of the country and do not have the abilities and allowance because of the rural and traditional stipulations to at least have some incomes for affording their own personal and family expenses. YEDAWO is eager to take into consideration and give the priority to those projects which aims the prime challenges such as the utilization of rural womenfolk in the process of democracy initiation and development especially in provinces in which the women are not allowed by their dictator family members to have their preliminary rights. As YEDAWO recognizes the traditional, rural environment and women limited civilized situation of life in Afghanistan and its populations based on its assessments in different province of Afghanistan, but still would like to implement its hard efforts and endeavors for the accomplishment of educational, vocational and income generation projects for providing opportunities to emotionally and physically support the women society for taking part in the evolution and realization of their abilities for the process of their society development within the country. YEDAWO always as an implementer with its comprehensive and cognitive understanding would be liable and transparent to all the respective and delectable donors and their authorities’ expectations about the monitoring and ensuring themselves of the management, quantity, quality, safety and total quality control aspects during the completion and accomplishment of the donated projects. Besides, the majority of Afghan women need to be employed to work for the demonstration of their skills building, recognition and realization of their creative abilities in the development process of their society and their communities for revealing the importance of their existence in rural and traditional communities. Providing the possibilities of work for living, reverting and returning of emigrants to their homeland, facilitation of education and training programs for disables would be concepts and methods for the reduction of opium cultivation, drugs production, traffic and other anti-humanitarian weapons, providing feasibilities for changes and developments in traditional, social, cultural, and technical factors and services are the main goals and visions of Youth in Economic Development afghan Women Org (YEDAWO) to be achieve eagerly with the support of humanitarian and other international donors and agencies. Vision:

YEDAWO Believes that: a society can be holistically developed and prosper when its people are aware and are able to determine their own destiny both socially and economically. Definition:

YEDAWO therefore undertakes its project on the basis of self-help of the people concerned identification, formulation, implementation, project maintenance and evaluation
People will gain awareness when they live in a civil society and act as responsible individuals. This is possible when the government is really representing the people and tries to benefits them . the government can truly represent the people when it is established jointly with the civil society , to contribute the civil society and the government . Future plane :

YEDAWO Future plan is to provide facility and motivate trainees to work more to achieve positive result to start their own projects in the future. Above all YEDAWO will try to establish and empower a strong linkage between community and the donors in order to implement useful projects covering the necessity of the people. Another achievement will be in the field of ball making and that will be a contract with an international company and YEDAWO is trying to have close linkage with them as well.

youth in economic development afghan women organization (YEDAWO) Before worked in field of emergincy in samangan province in khoram sara bagh district and helped for more than 500 vulnerable people who are suffring from flood and poverty too

and also youth in economic development afghan women organization (YEDAWO) work in field of literacy and vocational training too
Result of these project
1.Support the physical, economical recovery of Afghan women and male by encouraging development of both informal education and economic sector.
2. Strengthen economical conditions of the families with independence profession of women.
3. Reduction of illiteracy rate of female and enhance economy of female population in the targeted area.
4. Women with getting access a profession can assist their families in economical situation.
5. Vulnerable families able to support their families
6.Accelerate licit economical growth and business activities for urban women
7. Created an environment that supports the development of women who are without male earners in their families.
8. Promote community development as a vehicle for economic development utilizing women skills. and Our organization pave the ground for those to improve the level economic and now they can improve their level economic without any tension or without any supervisor
And youth in economic development afghan women organization achieve more success until to announce in TOLO TV and broad cost in news paper too.

كورس سواد آموزي كه از طرف دفتر GIZ تمويل و به كمك موسسه انكشاف اقتصاد جوانان و زنان افغان تطبيق گرديد در حدود بيش از 60 تن از زنان در آن سهم ارزنده داشتند كه به مدت چهار ماه از (2010/6/10 الي 2010/10/10 تطبيق شد كه در اين مدت كم موسسه متذكره توانست خواندن و نوشتن را براي شاگردان بیآموزاند و خوشبختانه قابل ستايش مردم و ولسوالي مربوطه قرار گرفت و به تقاضا اهالي و ولسوال ولسوالي متذكره دوباره به مدت چهار ماه از (2011/4/15 الي 2011/9/14) تمديد گرديد.

اين پروژه توسط موسسه انكشاف اقتصاد و زنان افغان به تمويل مالي دفتر GIZ در ولايت تخار ولسوالي ورسج تطبيق شد كه هدف راه اندازي همچو پروژه مساعد نمودن زمينه كاري براي رنان در انيولا بود كه خوشبختانه موسسه متذكره توانست رضايت زنان، دفتر تمويل كننده و ولسوالي را بدست بياورد، در اين پروژه توانستيم ساختن پودر كالا شوئي با كيفيت عالي را به شاگردان درين كورس آموزش دهيم كه اكنون زنان اين كورس ميتوانند عايدات خوب مالي را بدست آورند بتاريخ (2010/6/10) آغاز تا به (2010/10/10) خاتمه يافت، نظر به تقاضا شاگردان اين كورس دوباره از (2011/4/15 الي 2011/9/14) با موسسه تمويل كننده GIZ عقد قرار داد گرديد.

this project implemented by youth in economic development afghan women organization (YEDAWO) donor of that project was GIZ that project as the name of (literacy course & beauty parlor ) beneficiaries of this project 60 vulnerable women , girl special widow duration of this project was four months start date of project from june 10th until to 10th october 2010 in takhar province in talqan city
this project pave the ground for afghan women to find the job and reduce illiteracy in talqan city and also improve the level of economic like that etc.

Description of this project
trained vulnerable women in beauty parlor project. this project is just about how to make the women self-sufficient in their future life in Takhar province in taloqan city. improved the women economic situation and income, women learnt how to produce and beauty parlor, according to season in a good quality and to compete with the local market. That time the women can beauty parlor for women by receiving 6,8 or 10,,100 dollars fishation women’s so this is a good task for them and they can be self sufficient and they run their families very well from their economical point of view there are several ceremonies in a year in our Islamic country such as eids ,new year ,and wedding ceremonies and so on. At the end of the training after receiving and they can start a beauty parlor at their home or they can make shop in town.

پروژه كلچه پزي توسط موسسه انكشاف اقتصاد جوانان و زنان افغان در شهر كابل تطبيق گرديد هدف راه پيمايي اين پرو‍ژه مساعد كردن زمينه براي جوانان در حصه بدست آوردن پول و خدمت نمودن متقابل براي كشور بود كه خوشبختانه توانستيم رضايت شاگردان و برنامه تمويل كننده را در اين پرو‍ژه بدست آوريم كه اكنون شاگردان كورس متذكره قادر به پختن و ساختن كلچه هاي لزيز ميباشند.
