That’s a wrap 🎬
TB to where it all started — the day we picked up Rosie from FA24. 🌊
From that moment, it became real. Every early morning. Every mile. Every challenge — all leading us closer to the Atlantic.
But this story isn’t finished yet…
👀 The next chapter is already in motion.
Next year’s team… coming soon.

We crossed an ocean… then immediately forgot how to function in Antigua ☀️
Conquered the Atlantic 🤝
Got defeated by stairs, sunshine and actual food 🤝
From surviving waves, no sleep and constant rowing…
to needing a lie down after walking 10 metres.
Elite endurance athletes one minute —
sunburnt holidaymakers the next.
Mission complete.
Recovery… still in progress.

This International Women’s Day we recognise the incredible women who serve, lead and support across the Armed Forces community and beyond. From those on the front line, to those behind the scenes making missions possible — your strength and determination drives progress every day.
And a special mention to Olie… who isn’t a woman, but still spent weeks in the middle of the Atlantic putting up with us. We’re pleased to report he survived. Just about. 🌊😂
Here’s to strong women, strong teams, and proving that limits exist to be challenged.

An incredible honour for the team to meet His Majesty The King during his visit to Thorney Island.
We had the opportunity to share our Atlantic adventure, our mission to empower junior ranks, the realities of life at sea — and, most importantly, the outstanding charities we are proud to be raising funds for.
A truly memorable day for Force Atlantic. 🇬🇧

🇬🇧 A huge thank you to the Royal Artillery Yacht Club for gifting us their ensign.
Although race rules meant we couldn’t fly it during the crossing, it travelled every mile of the Atlantic with us and made the full journey to Antigua. It was an honour to carry it across the ocean.
After some well-earned time to rest and recover, we’ll be back soon with some post-row talks — sharing the realities of the race, the lessons learned, and what it truly took to get across.
More stories coming soon. 🌊

Weight Lost: 8 kg
Highlight of the Race:
- Travelling through so many different weather systems and truly experiencing everything the ocean had to offer and throw at us 🌊.
- Seeing how well our team worked together throughout the entire row was incredible.
- Pushing my mind and body through something so challenging was a real test for me, and having a good sing-song along the way made it even more special 🎶.
Hardest Challenge:
The early morning of the 21st at 03:00, when we were hit by severe weather and placed in an extremely stressful situation. As skipper, there were moments when I genuinely felt our safety may have been at risk, a sobering and intense experience ⚠️🌧️.
Most Listened-To Songs:
• I’ll Leave a Light On✨
• Sensational
• A selection of songs by Lainey Wilson
What I’ll Miss Most About Being on Rosie:
The beauty of being isolated in such a calm environment, where at times all stress and worries disappeared. It was just us, breathtaking sunsets and sunrises 🌅, and our own thoughts a truly special space to be in.
