The first Big Brothers Big Sisters like mentorship program in Armenia started at Ghoghanj Children's Center.

Side by Side is a mentorship program that matches socially disadvantaged youth with young local professionals for one year- through mentorship, the children receive the support, confidence, and motivation they need in their lives while the volunteers get the opportunity to work directly with socially disadvantaged youth on regular basis.
