Հ.Յ.Դ. Հայ Դատի Կեդրոնական Խորհուրդը կ՚ողջունէ Սրբոց Յակոբեանց Միաբանութեան Ընդհանուր Ժողովի 24 Սեպտեմբեր 2025-ի նիստի որոշումը, որ «Կովերու Պարտէզ (Հայոց Պարտէզ)»ի վարձակալութեան հարցով 2021 թուականին ստորագրուած պայմանագիրը կը հռչակէ «անօրինական, հակականոնական եւ անվաւեր» եւ կը մերժէ «հաշտարարի միջոցով ձեռք բերուածը Յաւելուածը (Addendum) եւ Կարգաւորման Համաձայնագիրը»։ Միաբանութեան Ընդհանուր Ժողովը նաեւ որոշած է «հետապնդե[լ] չեղարկման դատական հայցն ընդդէմ ‘Զանա Կարտընս’ ընկերութեան»։

Representatives Dina Titus (D-NV) and Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) introduced the Azerbaijan Sanctions Review Act of 2025 (H.R.5369), bipartisan legislation directing the Trump-Vance Administration to review the applicability of Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act sanctions against Azerbaijani officials responsible for war crimes, human rights abuses, and the ongoing illegal detention of Armenian prisoners of war and civilian captives. The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) welcomed the introduction of the measure and is mobilizing nationwide to secure broad bipartisan support for its passage.

The Armenian Legal Center for Justice & Human Rights' Siranush Sahakyan teamed up with the Armenian National Committee of Rhode Island in a meeting with Rep. Gabe Amo (D-RI) to share the latest updates on Azerbaijan's illegal detention of Armenian prisoners and the sham trials and torture they are subjected to.

The ALC and ANCA delegation thanked Rep. Amo for introducing an amendment ( #50) to the State Department Authorization bill, calling on Secretary of State Marco Rubio to lead U.S. efforts to release Armenian prisoners of war, protect Armenian cultural and historic sites in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), and facilitate the return of forcibly displaced Armenian refugees to their homes in Artsakh.

The House Foreign Affairs Committee will be discussing the measure this week.
