PUBLIC HOLIDAY NOTICE

As part of activities commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Quaid-e-Azam), H.E. Ambassador Hassan Afzal Khan and spouse, along with officers of the Embassy of Pakistan, visited Escuela República Islámica de Pakistán in Buenos Aires.

In collaboration with the school’s Art Department, a painting competition was organized where students enthusiastically participated, expressing their creativity and learning more about Pakistan and its founding father. A display of students’ artwork was also held, showcasing their talent and interest.

During the visit, the Ambassador interacted with students and shared insights on the teachings, vision, and historic role of Quaid-e-Azam in the creation of Pakistan. The session also turned into an engaging cultural exchange, with students asking thoughtful questions about Pakistan, its people, and traditions.

To further promote friendship and cultural understanding, Made-in-Pakistan footballs, sports goods, and paintings depicting Pakistan’s beautiful landscapes were presented to the school . The school administration highly appreciated the Embassy’s outreach initiative, recognizing it as a meaningful effort to strengthen cultural ties and awareness about Pakistan.

Pakistan Embassy Argentina

As part of the Mission’s ongoing outreach and trade promotion initiatives, a virtual session on “Business and Investment Opportunities for Argentine Companies in Pakistan” was organized in collaboration with Banco Provincia, one of the leading banks of Buenos Aires.
The session was attended by a large number businessmen and entrepreneurs from Buenos Aires, including members of the Bank’s Advisory Board and its clients, who were briefed on Pakistan’s promising export and investment sectors. The webinar was also broadcasted live in academic institutions of Buenos Aires, helping to expand outreach among students and academia.
Participants showed keen interest in Pakistan’s export potential and opportunities for bilateral collaboration. Such initiatives play an important role in marketing and promoting Pakistan’s trade, investment and economic potential in Argentina.

Pakistan–Chile Joint IT Webinar was successfully organized by the Pakistan Mission in Argentina in collaboration with TDAP, bringing together key stakeholders from both countries’ technology ecosystems.

Distinguished speakers from Invest Chile, ChileTec, Start-Up Chile, PSEB, and P@SHA shared valuable insights, with comprehensive and informative presentations delivered by all speakers The session witnessed strong participation from industry experts, entrepreneurs, and leading IT companies from Pakistan and Chile.
The webinar highlighted the dynamic IT landscapes of both countries, showcasing technological capabilities, vibrant innovation ecosystems, and promising avenues for collaboration.
The interactive session that followed featured a wide range of thoughtful and insightful questions from Pakistani and Chilean IT companies, reflecting a strong and growing interest in building meaningful digital ties between the two nations.
H.E Ambassadar Hassan Afzal Khan appreciated the interest and encouraged participants to sustain this momentum by actively exploring partnerships, engaging in follow-up discussions, and leveraging the platforms offered by respective organizations.
