بتكليف من السيّد رئيس الجمهورية وبدعوة من نظيره الكوري، يشارك السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، في الاجتماع الثاني لوزراء خارجية دول إفريقيا وكوريا الجنوبية، الذي ينعقد بالعاصمة الكورية سيول يومي 01 و02 جوان 2026.
ويتنزّل هذا الاجتماع في إطار متابعة مخرجات القمة الأولى الإفريقية الكورية، التي انعقدت يومي 04 و05 جوان 2024، واستعراض تطوّر مستوى التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري والعلمي والتكنولوجي القائم بين الجانبين والآليات والبرامج الكفيلة بمواصلة تنفيذها. وسيتطرّق الاجتماع بالأساس إلى المسائل المتصلة بتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والرفاه المشترك والتنمية الشاملة بالإضافة إلى التضامن الإفريقي الكوري في مواجهة التحديّات العالمية الماثلة.
وسيُجري وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج بهذه المناسبة، لقاءات ثنائية مع عدد من كبار المسؤولين في كوريا، إلى جانب نظرائه من الدول الإفريقية المشاركة في هذه التظاهرة لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون وتطوير علاقات الشراكة القائمة معها على المستوى الثنائي والاقليمي.

Sur instructions de Son Excellence Monsieur le Président de la République et à l’invitation de son homologue coréen, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, participe à la deuxième réunion des Ministres des Affaires Etrangères des pays africains et de la Corée du Sud, qui se tiendra à Séoul, capitale de la Corée du Sud, les 1er et 2 juin 2026.
Cette réunion s’inscrit dans le cadre du suivi des résultats du premier Sommet Afrique-Corée, tenu les 4 et 5 juin 2024. Elle vise à examiner l’évolution de la coopération économique, commerciale, scientifique et technologique entre les deux parties, ainsi que les mécanismes et programmes destinés à poursuivre leur mise en œuvre. Les discussions porteront principalement sur les questions liées au renforcement de la coopération économique, à la prospérité partagée, au développement inclusif, ainsi qu’à la solidarité afro-coréenne face aux défis mondiaux actuels.
À cette occasion, M. le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger tiendra également des entretiens bilatéraux avec plusieurs hauts responsables coréens, ainsi qu’avec ses homologues des pays africains participant à cet événement, afin d’examiner les moyens de renforcer la coopération et développer les relations de partenariat existantes, tant au niveau bilatéral que régional.

On the instructions of His Excellency the President of the Republic and at the invitation of his Korean counterpart, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, will take part in the Second Meeting of Foreign Ministers of African Countries and the Republic of Korea, to be held in Seoul on 1 and 2 June 2026.
This meeting is held in the framework of the follow-up to the outcomes of the first Africa–Korea Summit, which took place on 4 and 5 June 2024. It aims to review the progress made in economic, trade, scientific, and technological cooperation between the two sides, as well as the mechanisms and programs needed to ensure their continued implementation. The meeting will focus primarily on issues related to strengthening economic cooperation, shared prosperity, and inclusive development, in addition to Africa–Korea solidarity in confronting current global challenges.
On this occasion, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad will also hold bilateral meetings with a number of Senior Korean officials, as well as with his counterparts from the African countries participating in this event, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation and further develop existing partnership relations with them at both the bilateral and regional levels.

بيان بمناسبة اليوم الدولي لحفظة السلام

تُحيي تونس، إلى جانب الدول المحبة للسلم والمتعلقة بمبادئه الخالدة، اليوم الدولي لحفظة السلام، مستذكرةً بكل إجلالٍ وإكبار تضحيات النساء والرجال الذين نذروا أنفسهم لخدمة السلم والأمن الدوليين في أوقات عصيبة ومعقّدة، مجددّة ترحّمها على أرواح أولئك الذين قضوا أثناء أداء واجبهم النبيل تحت راية الأمم المتحدة. وتجدّد بهذه المناسبة تعلّقها بالقيم التي آمن بها حفظة السلام، بما في ذلك التضحية والتفاني، وتقدّر عاليا الدور الأساسي الذي يضطلعون به في حماية المدنيين، وتعزيز الاستقرار، وإحياء الأمل في المناطق التي أنهكتها النزاعات.

وتعبر تونس عن اعتزازها بإسهاماتها التاريخية الحافلة والمستمرة في دعم عمليات حفظ السلام الدولية منذ فجر استقلالها عام 1956 والتي تؤكد الدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به الدبلوماسية التونسية، مدعومة بكفاءة قواتها المسلحة وأجهزتها الأمنية، كشريك موثوق ودائم للمجموعة الدولية في مجابهة النزاعات وبناء السلام.
ويترجم التواجد المتواصل للقوات العسكرية والأمنية التونسية في مختلف مهام حفظ السلام الأممية، لا سيما في القارة الإفريقية، اعترافاً أممياً متجدداً بالكفاءة والأداء الرفيع والمنضبط لجنودنا وأفراد أمننا، والتزامهم الصارم بالمبادئ والمواثيق الإنسانية التي تقود جهود منظمة الأمم المتحدة. وتُجدد تونس، في هذا السياق، عزمها الثابت على مواصلة هذا الانخراط الفاعل والمسؤول بروح من التضامن الإنساني. وتؤكد جاهزيتها لتقديم شتى أشكال المساهمة والخبرات الميدانية، والعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع الشركاء الدوليين لتعزيز ركائز السلم والاستقرار والأمن الدوليين، بما يخدم مصلحة الشعوب وتطلعاتها نحو النماء والعيش الكريم.
كما تُجدّد تونس التزامها بدعم مقاربة أممية شاملة ومندمجة تهدف إلى تعزيز الحلول السياسية المستدامة وتُعزّز التنسيق بين مختلف الفاعلين، بما في ذلك المنظمات الإقليمية، مع احترام سيادة الدول وخصوصياتها الوطنية. وتشدد، في هذا الإطار، على أهمية الاستثمار في العنصر البشري من خلال دعم قدرات حفظة السلام وتثمين دورهم المحوري في بناء الثقة مع المجتمعات المحلية، فضلًا عن مواصلة تدعيم دور المرأة ومشاركتها في مختلف مستويات عمليات حفظ السلام باعتبارها عنصرًا محوريا في تحقيق سلام دائم وشامل.

وتؤكد تونس، من منطلق تمسكها الثابت بميثاق الأمم المتحدة وبقيم العمل متعدد الأطراف، أن حفظ السلام يظل واجباً جماعياً يستند بالأساس إلى آليات الوقاية والحوار وبرامج التنمية الشاملة وتدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى مزيد الارتقاء به، لا سيما، عبر تأمين التمويل المناسب والدائم وتوفير اللوجستيات المتطورة وإرساء تفويضات واضحة المعالم، بما يمكّن هذه العمليات من الاضطلاع بمهامها بفاعلية وأمان ومن التعاطي الأمثل مع كل التحديات مهما كان نوعها من أجل المرور من حفظ السلام إلى بناء السلام.

Déclaration à l’occasion de la Journée Internationale des Casques bleus 29 mai 2026
La Tunisie célèbre, aux côtés des nations dévouées à la paix et attachées à ses principes éternels, la Journée Internationale des Casques Bleus, en rendant un hommage solennel aux femmes et aux hommes qui ont consacré leur vie au service de la paix et de la sécurité internationales dans des circonstances difficiles et complexes. Elle renouvelle, à cette occasion, sa profonde compassion et son recueillement à la mémoire de ceux qui ont perdu la vie dans l’accomplissement de leur noble devoir sous l’égide des Nations Unies. La Tunisie réaffirme également son attachement aux valeurs incarnées par les Casques Bleus, notamment le sacrifice et le dévouement, et exprime sa haute considération pour le rôle essentiel qu’ils jouent dans la protection des civils, le renforcement de la stabilité et le rétablissement de l’espoir dans les régions meurtries par les conflits.
La Tunisie exprime sa fierté quant à sa contribution historique et continue au soutien des opérations internationales de maintien de la paix depuis son indépendance en 1956. Cette contribution témoigne du rôle central joué par la diplomatie tunisienne, appuyée par la compétence de ses forces armées et de ses services de sécurité, en tant que partenaire fiable et constant de la communauté internationale dans la prévention des conflits et la consolidation de la paix.
La présence continue des forces militaires et sécuritaires tunisiennes dans les différentes missions onusiennes de maintien de la paix, notamment sur le continent africain, constitue une reconnaissance renouvelée par les Nations Unies du professionnalisme, de la discipline et de la haute compétence de nos soldats et agents de sécurité, ainsi que de leur engagement rigoureux envers les principes et les chartes humanitaires guidant l’action des Nations Unies. Dans ce contexte, la Tunisie réaffirme sa ferme détermination à poursuivre cet engagement actif et responsable dans un esprit de solidarité humaine. Elle confirme également sa disponibilité à apporter toutes les formes de contribution et d’expertise de terrain, et à œuvrer aux côtés de ses partenaires internationaux pour renforcer les fondements de la paix, de la stabilité et de la sécurité internationales, au service des peuples et de leurs aspirations au développement et à une vie digne.
La Tunisie renouvelle également son engagement en faveur d’une approche onusienne globale et intégrée visant à promouvoir des solutions politiques durables et à renforcer la coordination entre les différents acteurs, y compris les organisations régionales, dans le respect de la souveraineté des États et de leurs spécificités nationales. Elle souligne, à cet égard, l’importance d’investir dans le capital humain à travers le renforcement des capacités des Casques Bleus et la valorisation de leur rôle central dans l’établissement de la confiance avec les communautés locales, ainsi que la poursuite du renforcement du rôle et de la participation des femmes à tous les niveaux des opérations de maintien de la paix, en tant qu’élément essentiel à la réalisation d’une paix durable et inclusive.
Fidèle à son attachement constant à la Charte des Nations Unies et aux valeurs du multilatéralisme, la Tunisie réaffirme que le maintien de la paix demeure une responsabilité collective fondée avant tout sur les mécanismes de prévention, le dialogue et les programmes de développement global. Elle appelle la communauté internationale à renforcer davantage ces opérations, notamment à travers la garantie d’un financement adéquat et pérenne, la mise à disposition de moyens logistiques modernes et l’établissement de mandats clairs, afin de permettre à ces missions de s’acquitter de leurs tâches avec efficacité et sécurité, et de faire face de manière optimale à l’ensemble des défis, quels qu’en soient la nature, en vue de passer du maintien de la paix à la consolidation de la paix.

Statement on the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers

Tunisia is commemorating, alongside other countries committed to peace the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers, paying solemn tribute to the women and men who have devoted themselves to the service of international peace and security in challenging and complex circumstances. On this occasion, Tunisia renews its deepest respect for those who have lost their lives in the line of duty under the United Nations flag. It also reaffirms its attachment to the values embodied by peacekeepers, including sacrifice and dedication, and expresses its high appreciation for their essential role in protecting civilians, fostering stability, and restoring hope in regions affected by conflict.
Tunisia takes pride in its longstanding and continuous contributions to United Nations peacekeeping operations since its independence in 1956, reflecting the pivotal role played by Tunisian diplomacy, supported by the professionalism of its armed forces and security services, as a reliable and enduring partner of the international community in conflict resolution and peacebuilding efforts.
The sustained presence of Tunisian military and security personnel in various UN peacekeeping missions, particularly in Africa, stands as renewed international recognition of the competence, discipline, and high standards demonstrated by our troops and security officers, as well as their firm commitment to the humanitarian principles guiding the work of the United Nations. In this context, Tunisia reiterates its steadfast determination to continue this active and responsible engagement in a spirit of human solidarity. It affirms its readiness to provide all forms of contributions and field expertise, and to work closely with international partners to strengthen the foundations of international peace, security, and stability, in a manner that serves the interests and aspirations of peoples for development and a dignified life.
Tunisia also reaffirms its commitment to supporting a comprehensive and integrated United Nations approach aimed at advancing sustainable political solutions and enhancing coordination among all stakeholders, including regional organizations, while respecting the sovereignty and national specificities of States. In this regard, it underscores the importance of investing in human resources by strengthening the capacities of peacekeepers and valuing their central role in building trust with local communities. It further stresses the need to continue promoting the role and participation of women at all levels of peacekeeping operations, as a key factor in achieving lasting and inclusive peace.
Guided by its firm commitment to the Charter of the United Nations and to the principles of multilateralism, Tunisia emphasizes that peacekeeping remains a collective responsibility, primarily grounded in prevention mechanisms, dialogue, and comprehensive development programmes. It calls on the international community to further enhance these efforts, particularly by ensuring adequate and sustainable financing, providing advanced logistical support, and establishing clear and well-defined mandates, so as to enable peacekeeping operations to carry out their missions effectively and safely, and to address all challenges, regardless of their nature, with a view to transitioning from peacekeeping to peacebuilding.
