Talofa. Please see the attached public notice regarding our office relocation and public access to the Office of the Public Defender.

The Office of the Public Defender extends its sincere appreciation to the Chief Justice, Associate Justices, and Judges for their consideration and assistance in providing this new space.

We also thank:

- the Governor's Office for assisting with the many logistics involved in this relocation.
- Department of Administrative Services for helping coordinate and carry out the move.
- Department of Public Works for assisting with the minor work and cleanup needed at the new location
- ASTCA for working late into the evening to ensure our phone and internet services were restored.

Although this transition came with many obstacles and hindrances, we are here, settled in, and fully operational because of the involvement, participation, and support of all those who helped along the way.

📢 NOTICE OF OFFICE RELOCATION / ACCESS

The Office of the Public Defender is now located on the second floor of the District Court Building.

Please note that access to our office is available ONLY through the new external staircase located outside of the courthouse building. Visitors and clients are respectfully advised not to attempt access through the interior of the courthouse.

We are also currently working on relocating our office phone lines. In the meantime, please direct any and all inquiries to: [email protected].
