We did some major repairs in 2020 on our Dad’s sisters house but couldn’t afford the whole roof repair at the time. Heavy Rains ending of 2023 caused the old roof (1969) to cave in. Our team worked tirelessly to get this entire roof replacement done, took longer than expected (3 months) but it’s completed now, along with a lot of other unexpected repairs.
1- New Roof
2- Raised Ceiling
3- Changed out old wall claddings (1969)
4- New exterior walls.
5- New Laundry Room
6- New Front Porch
7- New Car garage
Painting, etc….Thank God no one got hurt and that the job was completed. We love and miss you so much Aunty Lea and our Dad, our guardian angels.
