American Samoa Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF)
The Department of Commerce is launching its mandatory HAF Workshops this November!
These sessions are designed to help homeowners who've experienced financial hardship access assistance for mortgage payments, utilities (electric, water and internet) and homeowner's insurance. Kindly note that at this time we are not accepting proxies in place of the applicant. All homeowners who wish to apply will need to attend one of these sessions. Please remember to bring a valid picture ID (passport, drivers license, or government issued ID).
If you have not yet completed the HAF intake survey, please click on the following link: https://forms.gle/6NRXTJoysvzEiUDh6
