When a young person finishes school in Australia, they’re work-ready, right? Sadly, that’s increasingly not the case. Employers demand a diverse range and depth of skills – technical and non-technical – which regular school education won’t necessarily cover. This is where the Skilling Australia Foundation comes to the fore with our passion for skills-based education. We work in innovative ways to support young Australians facing disadvantage to forge their own career pathways through training and meaningful employment.
