Amazing news for the region and the whole state!
Two historic Cornish mining sites in Burra and Moonta have been added to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List.
This is terrific news for our great state of South Australia - preserving our history and unlocking exciting opportunities for our regional communities.
Congratulations to everyone who has worked so hard to progress this bid to the next stage.

Thank you to Nina Di Santo for sharing her story with me during the week, and drawing attention to the incredibly important work of Bowel Cancer Australia. Bowel cancer is the deadliest cancer for Australians aged 25-44 and it is important that we improve awareness and early detection, and ultimately, save lives.
