Private room with shared bathroom. Everything is included: $230/week covers your rent, power, gas, water, and unlimited WiFi.
Undercover parking and a large shed for any extra storage needs. Available end of May, negotiable. Search for Dernancourt 5075 on Flatmate Finders or Flatmates au websites.

Property accepting of: Smokers, Pets, 40+ years, Unemployed/Welfare, Students, Retirees.

In exchange for low rent, a homesharer will provide some informal support to the householder, who is a male in his 30s.

We’re after someone down-to-earth and dependable. Because the householder is active and social, the best fit is someone who appreciates a tidy home and doesn't mind lending a hand with daily rhythms like meal prep. Your presence provides a sense of security and a "helping hand" dynamic that we value highly, which is why the rent is kept lower. We’re looking for a mature-minded individual who is generally home most evenings and enjoys a supportive, friendly household vibe. References required.
