Being a Child and Youth Worker is not a babysitting job. You'll be caring for the day-to-day needs of young people in residential care while supporting them through tough times and preparing them for their future.
If you've worked or volunteered with young people, then you may already have the foundations we need. The rest you'll learn, both on-the-job and through TAFE, where we'll pay for you to study for your qualification.
