Today we were invited over to the school to be apart of a science expo. The children got to witness lots of science experiments and have a play on the school playground. Then when we came back to kindy we did our favourite experiment “elephant tooth paste “

We would to invite all our families to attend our annual Christmas concert. We look forward to you watching your children perform 🎅

Aunty Ange made us some magic snow today and aunty Bec brought in some pine cones. The children loved the texture of the snow and pretending the pine cones were Christmas trees getting covered by snow. The magic snow was just two ingredients, shaving cream and bi card Soda. This was a great way for fine motor exposure and exploration through play

Today the children engaged in a spontaneous experience of mark making in our outside environment. There was lots of exploration of fine motor use and peer engagement, with lots of opportunities for the children to show their turn taking abilities.

Come along next Tuesday to our carpark market for a free breakfast and chat☕

Tomorrow is going to be a hot one, please dress your child in summer clothes and pack a spare pair as we will be engaging in water play,

We had a visit from Amanda who works at Bunnings this week. The children were able to decorate a pot plant, fill it with soil and then plant a strawberry plant. The children will care for this at kindy, watering it each day they attend.

Happy first week of term 4! We have had beautiful weather, sheet tie dying, busy board play and lots of fun.

With the warmer weather here, we will be doing lots of water play. Could you please dress and pack your children with extra clothing appropriate for the warm weather, like shorts and t-stirts. Thank you

We had a lovely day at Paint & Play yesterday, the children enjoyed painting and playing 'cafe' and even a visit from Thea from Sing & Grow for a little boogie🌞🎨🎶

Yesterday and today we got to experience what happens when you mix Dry yeast, hydrogen peroxide, water, dish soap and food colouring together. The chemical reaction between all the ingredients causes an eruption. It is called elephant tooth paste and all children enjoyed watching the “tooth paste” erupt out of the bottle.
