On Friday our House Services Officers hosted our last History Festival tour for 2026 delving into South Australia's unique Women’s Suffrage story.

It was fantastic to have over 150 people join us last night in the House of Assembly Chamber for Bannon’s 80s, presented by the Australasian Study of Parliament Group.
Hon. Don Hopgood AO, Hon. Chris Sumner AM and Hon. Greg Crafter AO joined with Mike Smithson, veteran journalist and broadcaster to discuss the ideas, reforms, personalities and pressures that shaped the State during the premiership of John Bannon.
