Impact on ending Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Award post:

It’s time to recognise South Australian women making a positive impact towards ending domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV). The SA Women of Impact Awards are now open, with a designated category highlighting women contributing tirelessly towards ending DFSV and making a difference in the lives of those affected.

The Impact on ending Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Award recognises a woman’s commitment to long-term social change towards a future free of violence for all South Australian women and girls.

If you know a colleague, leader, mentor, advocate, volunteer or change-maker making an impact on DFSV, we encourage you to nominate her.

Learn more and nominate by 15 June 2026:

The LEAG will provide advice directly to the Minister for Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence.

To join the LEAG, you need to be a member of the Adult Lived Experience Advisory Network (LEAN). You can register for LEAN at the same time.

South Australia’s Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (DVDS) provides an avenue for a person who may be at risk of domestic violence to get information about their partner or former partner, to help make decisions about their safety and the future of the relationship.

A request for information can be made by either:
the person who is feeling unsafe in their relationship
a person concerned about the welfare of someone they know.
