To improve accessibility and provide a playing space for young children and families the primary pathways were paved and a new drought resistant lawn was installed. The automatic water system was extended to enable the garden to survive heat waves. We thank the Preca Community and The City of Charles Stuart Council for financing this project. Fox Gardens completed the project to full satisfaction.

After 7 years two wicking raised beds have been refurbished. About 3 years ago all beds developed leaks due to termites and tree roots. Preca is trialing vinyl rather than builder's plastic. Hope it lasts!
Dear friends ... this Saturday morning we are starting the upgrading of our wicking beds which have been installed 6 years ago. Great lessons to learn ... if you are interested ... let us know.
