I am owner, manager, designer and head chocolatier of my boutique, largely wholesale chocolate business Geraldton Hill Artisan Toffees and Sweet Creations. I specialize in hand crafted unique decadent Chocolate Almond Toffee products, as well as exclusive quality chocolate creations all hand dipped & fashioned using the finest Belgia

n milk, dark and white couverture chocolate. With no added preservatives, a shelf life of 6 months can be achieved when kept in the best conditions that suit a quality chocolate product. Geraldton Hill products are Gluten Free! But as is recommended, customers should read ingredients and nutrition information to ensure that the product will suit their limitations. I developed Geraldton Hill Artisan Toffees and Sweet Creations in 2007 with the aim of offering a distinctive array of interesting, delectable and uniquely gourmet chocolate products to tempt the chocolate lover within. My niche market business, with my studio on the Yorke Peninsula, is largely wholesale and I am dedicated to placing my products strategically and exclusively with the finest retail outlets, cafes, & gift hamper businesses that share my passion for all things exceptional and South Australian. You may even discover Geraldton Hill products uniquely created for wedding gifting & bombonniere, special private and corporate events and the finest markets and conference events. Geraldton Hill has enjoyed participating in the three day, PIRSA food initiative at the Cellar Door Wine Festival held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Penny Lane Markets in Mt. Barker, the Clare Valley Cuisine Gourmet Market, Copper Coast Cornish Festival,Yorke Peninsula Field Days, Australasian College for Emergency Medicine conference, Adelaide Convention Centre, Christmas Art, Craft Fair at Wayville and the occasional Adelaide Night Markets. Through these wonderful opportunities Geraldton Hill creations will be purchased and enjoyed by people from all around Australia as well as by visiting international tourists. Many products have already ventured overseas with South Australian travelers taken as thank you gifts from their proud South Australian homeland. The Geraldton Hill brand is proudly South Australian and highly regarded for creating quality products. The on-going business vision is to continue to combine a passion for creating decadent chocolate creations using the highest quality ingredients with specialized customer service to supply the finest most indulgent products. There is a Geraldton Hill product to compliment any and all occasions and once experienced it is a taste sensation to be enjoyed again and again. Since the business began in 2007, the product line has grown substantially as has the business. I am happy to say that all though we are experiencing growth and exposure, great care has been taken to maintain the quality and uniqueness of our products. The specialty remains the indulgent Almond Toffee hand dipped in Belgian Couverture Chocolate. This you will find in many shapes, packaged accordingly in quality packaging so that there is a toffee product for every occasion. We have branched out in to solid chocolate moulded products usually hand painted with coloured cocoa butter such as our stilettos and tool kits.
