The Santos Tour Down Under is set to make history once again! In 2027, the TDU will be the first WorldTour race to hold men’s and women’s stages on the same course, on the same day and over the same distance. 🚴‍♀️🚴

With men and women setting off from the same starting line, following the same route, and crossing the same finish line, on the same day, it'll give communities the chance to come alive for full days of action-packed cycling.

The 2026 TDU was attended by almost 750,000 spectators, driving $86.9 million of expenditure into the South Australian economy.

The Barossa, which hosted a men’s and women’s double-header stage this year, saw a 79% increase in overnight stays, while the City of Adelaide Tour Village welcomed over 70,000 people – up 10% on the year prior.
