Congratulations to Paulett W**es & Bush DeVine Restaurant in the Clare Valley, which has taken out a top prize at the 2027 Global Best Of W**e Tourism Awards in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
The award recognises the restaurant’s innovative food and w**e experiences, commitment to sustainability, and use of native Australian ingredients, showcasing the best of South Australia's food, w**e and tourism offering on the world stage.
As Managing Director Ali Paulett said, “The award reflects the strong connection between the land, w**es, food and visitor experiences that make the Clare Valley so special, while helping shine a light on the region as a destination worth discovering.”
