Please see below an important safety message from the SA State Emergency Service.
Never drive, walk or ride through floodwater.
🔴 Never drive, ride, or walk through floodwater
👉 If you come across water over the road - turn around immediately. Water on the road can hide deep potholes and damage to roads. Currents may be stronger than what you can see on the surface and water levels can rise rapidly.
👉 Floodwater is dirty and can contain mud, dirt, branches, rock, debris, chemicals, snakes, dead animals, and more.
📞 For emergency SES storm or flood assistance, call 132 500
📞 For life-threatening emergencies, call Triple Zero (000)

Make sure you’ve got the Alert SA app downloaded to your phone and Watch Zones set up so you receive bushfire warnings 🚨
For more details about emergency kits, check out this helpful info from SA Country Fire Service

Today we honour and reflect on the police officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
On National Police Remembrance Day, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in protecting and serving their communities.
With honour they served.
