**SERVICE UPDATE - CYLCONE ALFRED**

Good Afternoon All,

With cyclone Alfred fast approaching, we just wanted to inform you about possible service and delivery delays over the next few days and early next week. The cyclone will cause significant disruptions to delivery services in the region, flight cancellations, road closures, and severe weather conditions which will impact freight movement in and out of QLD. At this stage, we are being told that no freight is expected to go into Queensland on Thursday and Friday night and that normal freight service will resume on Monday evening.

We are closely monitoring the situation and working with our transport partners to minimize disruptions.

Our thoughts are with everyone that is impacted by the cyclone, and we hope that you and your loved ones stay safe.
